Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance. I called another company and no answer, so 3rd time is the charm, I called RLM and they answered and said they could come to my house and give me a quote within 40 minutes or less! So they came over gave me a quote (which was super affordable) and said they could do it same day!
