For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

We had multiple projects with him, that we had started around July 2024, that consisted of landscaping our front yard, with rocks, & desert friendly plants, Palm trees, & Crepe Myrtle trees, which I look forward to watching grow & bloom each Spring! Israel & his crew also did landscaping work in our backyard, grading our property, eliminating tumble weeds, etc., & putting in rocks to eliminate dust & allergens from weeds down in a back drive- way & trailer parking area, & he also installed artificial sport turf, which looks beautiful, & is great for our grandchildren & our dog to safely play on. The turf holds up well, easy to keep clean & to maintain. Israel & his crew also designed & created in our front yard, along with other landscaping needs & planing beautiful plants & trees, as I've mentioned above, a beautiful rock riverbed stream along our front side yard where we have three mature trees along the fence line.
