In 25 years of driving, I have never written a bad review for a service center. I have never been…read morelied to nor experienced disrespect like I did here. Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

June 2026: Brought car in for 80k service. Service Agent tried to sell me on fuel injection…read morecleaning. I said that I had it done during 70k service. Agent said, "it's not in here." Then after plucking the keyboard, Agent said, "oh, here it is; you're good." Now I'm questioning 1) whether I paid for a service I didn't get, 2) if the service techs screwed up my paperwork last visit, or 3) if the Price LeBlanc service agents are told to "SELL SELL SELL" regardless of whether the vehicle needs it. In any case, I've lost trust in Price LeBlanc Toyota in Baton Rouge.

We brought our van into the dealership to schedule a recall (walk in they were not busy) so the…read morepart could be ordered, my husband spoke with Laura the service advisor, she verified it had two recalls and scheduled him an appointment for a week later to come back. He went back May 7th and met with her on the appointed date, she said they would order the parts and call us when they came in. (Wasted 2 trips even though she verified them the first time she failed to order the parts) We never got a call about the parts so on the 20th I (wife) called to check, and sure enough the parts were there. They completed the recalls, when we picked up, there was trash on the floor they used to do the recalls, along with rubber stopper looking parts and white plastic clips. The driver door panel was not properly put back in place, we corrected that ourselves, and now our dash has scratches from one of the recalls. We wanted to love this place because it's close to home but never again! General manager (David Hill) says his best technician did the job, well he must be a pig to leave such a mess! Yes our van is older, but it's in great shape and we put a brand new engine in it 3 years ago. So those miles you speak of Mr. David Hill are not what's on the brand new engine. Too bad, we thought we had found us a go to closer to home..... NOPE!

I left there with so many add-ons that I didn't know I was agreeing to. It increased the cost by thousands of dollars. I went back the next day to remove all the 'extras' that were tacked on. No luck. He told me they couldn't remove them. I then called Honda Corporate and they said it could all be removed and refunded. Went back to Team Honda and told them what Corporate said. Their response was they could remove them but chose not to. I traded my new Honda in for a Toyota. I really liked my salesman, but the finance guy, not so much. I cannot recommend this dealership. I know I will never spend my money there again.

Why is the radio suddenly not working also called us say the car was ready from detail by 12. Car wasn't ready until 5pm that's when we finally got the car with the radio broken. Horrible customer service we didn't receive any updates hardly while waiting for the car to be detailed. Would not get a car from them again said they figure out why the radio wasn't working but never did come back with an update. It's is outrageous my husband spent a lot of money on this car.

He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful. I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car! We drove by a Chevy dealership first. Called them and explained our situation. They said they couldn't help us til Monday. This was Saturday morning. We kept driving and came across Royal Buick GMC. We pulled into the service department. They immediately diagnosed our problem. They completed the repair in less than an hour and it was under warranty so we didn't owe anything.
