Update....This is in response to the Owner's reply. I asked for a polish change and file down (my nails are extremely short BTW), at no time before the service began was I notified of any price difference between what is displayed on your price list for this service versus what I was charged. It was not until the technician was almost done with my service that you came over and advised her in Vietnamese or Korean, etc. that there was a price difference, which you should have expressed to me directly in English. At the register, I questioned the reason for the price difference, and you became dismissive and extremely disrespectful by shooing me away. read more

This place is is horrible ! Management has changed and new management cannot seem to keep their good and reliable staff . I requested a full set with French . The first worker that was given to me did my nail shape horribly! I asked for someone else and she seemed mad and was blaming my nails for the crooked shape and says "she thinks it looks good." I was then given a Second Lady which applied my acrylic very thick . I then asked if she could do French and she said that she doesn't know how to and cannot . She rudely told me to ask someone else that could . I asked another tech and she said she has to leave at 7:30 . Mind you I was already in the nail salon for 3 hours ! How as a nail tech can you not do a simple French ? I ended up leaving . This place used to be my favorite but since management has changed the work has gotten very sloppy snd not clean . I've been going here for quite some time and have always received great service. The last 2 times I have been though have been disappointing. I cant even believe how my nails turned out this time. They look like a 2nd grader painted them. I had already been in there for over an hour and didn't want to wait another hour to do my nails all over again. I think they were getting impatient with me. Christy (the owner/manager) is an absolute joy to talk to and be around. She makes sure that everything is satisfactory. Mary is the technician who actually did my nails and she is great. Went here last week with my sister and daughter after seeing all the great reviews, just to be disappointed. The young lady who tended to me didn't seem to be experienced. I had to keep asking her to please correct things she was missing. I even had to ask her for the nail file so I could file my own nails because she barely filed them!! The other women walked right by me seeing I was filing my own nails and didn't even stop to ask what was going on. Why go someone where to get a relaxing manicure or pedicure that I have to help do and doesn't last? I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. My my gel manicure which usually last me about 2 weeks from my regular nail salon lasted me 4 days. Very disappointing!! My sisters gel nails are still in perfect condition. Mine began to peel up the next day and by day 4 all of the nails had come up. My daughter got regular polish, no gel and even her nails are still in good shape!! I will not return here after this very disappointing experience. read more

gorgeous place but buyer please beware, this is absolutely the worst full service nail salon in this area. i came in for a pedicure and ended up with a bad infection on my toe and eventually ended up in the emergency room. after complaining about the rough treatment, i got no help from the person i was working with. i asked for the manager and was told that he was not in. the workers are very rude which is a direct reflection on management. not one time did they even try to speak english except for the initial hello. i don't know their language but i do know when i am being insulted. i will be taking my business elsewhere, please rethink your options if you are considering royal nail lounge. read more
