was not impressed. the service was quick which was nice but I'd prefer someone to take their time to make sure everything is correct rather than rush. my nails had more of a bubble shape rather than the tapered square and I was charged $75 for a fill in with French tip and some gems. I thought this was crazy, I kept the same shape and length and still left unsatisfied and paid a crazy price. unfortunately I will not be coming back. maybe this place works for some people who don't care that much about their nails but it won't work for me. read more

$160 + 2 hours wasted. I came here to kill some time before my son's prom. We both got pedicures, but he added a manicure. The nice lady sat us down to wait at the spa chair with no water, only the plastic bowl cover. We sat like this for about 15 minutes. Ok, cool. They gave us drinks. I had a mimosa, my son had orange juice. Cool. Balding Korean guy comes over and taps the footrest for me to put my feet up. I responded "towel?" He keeps tapping and I responded again. Finally he puts the towel down. He used this same towel the entire time. It was totally drenched and covered with scum. He folded it over and over, but again it was drenched. He used 1 - 3 inch pumice for both of my feet (size 10), as if I were a child. The stones were covered with callous and scum and had no benefit to them. When I brought it to his attention he started speaking Vietnamese and then he started making a phone call (person did not answer). I was frustrated. Now comes the most disgusting part - the hot towels. The towels were very, VERY dingy and smelled of mildew!! I did finish the service without expressing how upset I was, but I was very happy to leave. There is no use arguing with folks who don't care about what you have to say and feel that they are always right, so it's absolutely my fault for patronizing this place! When I got home, I went to wash my legs in alcohol, since the towels clearly wreaked of uncleanliness! I discovered that the balding guy did not clean the entire mask off of my legs with that filthy looking towel. He was probably upset because his UV lamp fell on the floor. I tried to tell him it was going to fall because the soaking wet towel was slippery on the tub and the lamp kept sliding with my feet which were on the towel. Since he knew everything, he found out for himself. I also had to redo my own callous remover with a real pumice stone once I got home. (I shouldn't have wasted my time at Royal Nails, and did that from that beginning!) Do not patronize this place. I sat there and watched at least 4 people come in for them to fix something that they screwed up! I wish I took pictures to show you the dirt that the guy left on the bottom of my feet (I wear flip flops a lot!) This place is far from Royal. read more

Nice atmosphere, but extremely unprofessional. A good friend led me to this spa to get a pedicure and manicure with dip. Mr. Bill performed a half-ass pedicure on my toes. When he started to pack up his equipment to leave, I asked "Hey, where's my hot towel service?" Mr. Bill told me "He was hungry!", and proceeded to take my shoes to the desk where I was to get my nails done. Wait, what? During my pedicure, Mr. Bill never offered me any complimentary refreshments as the other technicians were doing for their clients and according to my friend, he did not add a final top coat to my toenails, which I didn't even notice. When I got to the table to get my nails done, we (my Friend and I) told the young lady what happened and the services I did not receive. Apparently that was real funny to her, because she couldn't stop laughing. Guess what she offered me? A free design on two nails, because unfortunately the color I got for my pedicure was not available for dip service. That was a nice offer, but it would have been greatly appreciated had she not laughed and chuckled at Mr. Bills's poor behavior while doing my nails. Not cool! I asked for a discount when I got to the register and they kindly took $4.00 off my $100 bill. I guess that's how much the towel portion of pedicure cost. They got me once, but they won't get me again. I value my time and money and "Royal"should not be in this establishment's name as they do not provide "the highest standards in pedicure, manicures . . . ." as they state in there advertisement. Last minute my mom, sister, cousin and I decided to get our nails done on a rainy day. I called and asked if they could accommodate 4 people and they were able to! We were thrilled, as other nail places didn't even call us back. All 4 of us were able to have a pedicure at the same exact time and we all finished around the same time as well. Which has never happened for me at any other location when I am with a group. The place is new, clean, beautiful and inviting. The nail supplies are in individual sanitizing packets, which is a BIG plus in my book. Huge selection of colors to pick from. Highly recommend visiting royal nail spa. Son was absolutely amazing and my nails are perfect. I don't live in town, but will absolutely return next time I visit. read more

Nails are super uneven, polish is uneven. And I'm out $200 for a full set. The guy doing my nails was very sweet but he had to be new. They should be training him and watching him to make sure he did it right, but no one was. I corrected him many times and still ended up with these. Will not be coming back. Just recently started going to this place during the summer and I must admit that I have been very pleased each time with the services that I have been rendered. Van and Son are both extremely experienced and amazing nail technicians. I had my nails done by both of them and was extremely pleased. Nora and Michael did an amazing job on my pedicure. They were both very through, polish well and did a really great job on my pedicure. I will definitely keep coming back to this place because they are truly amazing. Pretty sure the pricing is based on how the tech feels at the time of your service. Have been a customer for at least six months and each service is charged differently per my receipts/ bank statements. The service is often rushed, and overall low quality. They also have bad etiquette when it comes to their facial expressions and mannerisms when you request things while being serviced, as if they aren't charging extreme prices. read more

I will NOT be back to this nail salon and it's sad because it is literally 2min from my house! But idc I'll waste gas to go an extra 10-15 miles before I pay $20 for another simple polish change!!! Mind you when I first walked in at exactly 6:07pm they were somewhat busy, but while sitting there for an hour after being told I would only have to wait 10-15 min several people finished their services during my wait which you would of thought made someone available immediately. I have never been to a nail salon and spent an hour getting a pedicure. Usually they get me in and out within 40 minutes but this place hour and 15 minute pedicure. And it was amazing. made an appointment for 4:30 on a saturday. arrived around 4:20 and was sat for my pedicure within 10 minutes. waited patiently while watching other people be taken care of before me. asked how much longer till they'd get to me and the lady said "oh they haven't yet?" waited 45 minutes in total with my feet soaking in cold water. was never tended to or anything just had to walk out and now have to do my own nails for a wedding i'm going to. thanks for nothing! read more
