My husband and I went in at 5. We had an event later that evening. The lady behind me told the person at the desk that I came in before her as I was NOT greeted, but she was and they asked what services she wanted as if I was totally invisible. I usually don't play the "race card", so I let it go. I asked the owner if we could get 2 pedicures and 1 manicure and be out by 6. He said yes. We got the 2 pedicures NO manicure and they finished at 7. The lady that came in behind me got a full manicure/pedi with acrylic nails done within the same time because they teamed up to do both services for her. I needed to find a place to get a pedicure. I asked the lady at the front desk of my hotel and she recommended this salon. The salon had several options for their pedicure services. I asked about the differences between The Royal and the Milk & Honey pedicures and was told the Milk & Honey was a four compared to a two with The Royal. I chose the Milk & Honey because I needed a good pedicure and have achy feet (as I am on my feet a lot). It was the best decision! I wish I asked the man's name, but he did a fabulous job! I came in expecting a professional service. I am Vietnamese. I understood EVERY SINGLE INSULT. I sat there trying to ignore it at first and let it go because I did not want to ruin my date. I know everyone's trying to make a living, but I can also hear how much you were complaining about how irritating my husband was, especially when he was simply trying to communicate with the staff about which services he wanted. They kept asking if he wanted gel. No, he does not want gel, we said it many times already too. I did not pick a special pedicure, just regular, and it was 100% because the staff made the entire experience uncomfortable, I picked a regular because I just wanted to leave as soon as I could. Will not be back. They just want money and do not care about the actual service they claim to be able to provide. I literally sat there listening to ALL of it. Just because you "think" your clients can't understand you, does not mean you should talk badly about them in another language. I hope this review helps them become more professional in the future. Wifey went to get nails done (remove old and put new ones on). Once removed they found fungus under 4 fingernails. She was told it was due to preparation before nails were originally put on. She was charged $15 by woman at register and told it was her fault the fungus appeared. The original nail prep was done at the same place. Not very customer friendly when blame is placed on customer even though the problem occurred due to errors in preparation by staff. Charged $15 and then have to buy supplies to get rid of fungus. Salon is nice looking but I came in for a soak off and they used a nail tip to rip my acrylics off along with my natural nails that were pretty long. I wish I would've gotten a picture of how long my natural nails were before they were ripped off to the quick. Good Pedicure. TERRIBLE MANICURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll start by saying that my pedicure was great! The girl was incredibly professional. However, I will never be coming back based on my manicure and the customer service. As soon as I sat down, it was clear that they were severely over-booked. A woman came up to do my manicure and immediately started rough filing my nails without asking what shape/length I wanted. My nails were on the shorter side, but she filed them straight across. I sat at her table once my pedicure was over. I had to ask her to reshape my nails before painting them. She sped through each layer. After the base coat, I could feel that the gel had looked at the sides of my nails and underneath. This of course hardened in the UV light. I figured I could just fix it myself later if the rest of the manicure went well. She trimmed my cuticles twice with the trimmers. Both times they were dry and it hurt very badly. On the third layer of color, I could see that like the base coat, the color had run into the sides. At this point I was going to ask for a refund but wanted to just be done so that I could leave. She then took a fine pointed drill and tried to carve off the extra gel. This of course ended up chewing the shit out of my cuticles. I walked out and then immediately came back in to ask for a partial refund or discount. I saw all of the places where the gel had hardened outside of my nail and chunks missing where she had drilled it off. I was told by the manager that my nails had been "too short to do a good job." I had longer nails before the woman walked up and started filing them off and I've also had nails as short as in the photo with a better result. I was told "No." regarding any type of refund or discount. On the way home, I found dried nail polish in various spots on my hands. I was fuming at this point. I card back and after getting the run around, I was told that they wouldn't give me a refund unless I came back and had her remove the polish because she had "done all that work." I went back for her to remove it. She drilled over all of my nails and wrapped them in foil. I asked her to get the nail polish off my hands. She ignored me at first and then haphazardly swiped a cotton ball over part of my palm. She said," okay, that'll come off easy now at home." And she walked over to a new client. I sat there for 20 minutes because I thought I had misheard her. After sitting there, it became clear that she would not even be finishing the removal. I had to finish the removal at home which was ridiculously painful thanks to her cutting and drilling my cuticles over and over again. read more

This place is a complete scam me and girl (friend ) of mine came in and got two pedicures done One of them was $45 and the Other was $50. Together that is $95 without taxes. The lady at the counter who I'm assuming is the owner charged me $124 total tip and told me that it was $15 extra for my friend to have her toenails painted which was included in the Package that she got already and $10 for a French manicure design . She literally made up the price herself at checkout and just put in the prices that she wanted. I would recommend this place to absolutely no one and I would tell everyone to please stay away from this place Complete scam and they will be out of business very soon. I had been patronizing this nail salon for over three years. I've brought multiple clients to this salon and always tipped. Today, I was told by the front desk attendant that my technician whom normally does my nails no longer wished to service me. I've never been treated this way EVER! I don't make a fuss and I went to one particular person because she always did a good job. I have had several people do my nails here and wasn't happy most times. I came in on 5/28/2024 at about 12:30 I kept telling her how I wanted my nails shaped and she kept saying " no they'll break like that." Needless to say she finished and they looked like thick long jelly beans. I have naturally thin nail beds the acrylic was higher than my cuticles at the base of my nails. I had to be to work so paid $101.00 plus I gave her a $20 tip because that was about 20% of my service. Fast forward to 5/30/24 I returned to get my nails fixed by Nina she was sooo rude telling me "it's my fault my nails I left and didn't like my nails". (I had to ne to work). I was never rude to her even as she was saying these ugly things to me then, when I asked her to fix the square tip shape because the gel polished rounded out my edges. She declined to fix it so I mentioned I paused $101.00 for a full set plus $20 tip and how was rude she was being to me. She says again "that's your fault." I've never been so disrespected in my life.( I would hate to think that she may be a slight bit racist.) Another nail technician came and filed them for me I really appreciate with a very arrogant , rude coworker. She stepped in to assist me. I tipped that young lady $20 and left. The staff over charged me for a short gel polish set, the lady was rough & rude and kept cutting my cuticles then when I told the manager that my experience was terrible and that I shouldn't have to pay full price because the work was terrible, & not worth what I got as in length she only gave me $5 off!! Had to call my bank to dispute the charge. The lady who did my nails then had the audacity and LIED saying to the manager that I asked her to keep filing my nails which was not true! The first couple of times I visited this establishment there were no issues. I got gel polish applied for Christmas and had different colors added on two of my nails on each hand. I informed the mail tech that I felt a burning sensation on the fingers with a different color, no cares. My fingers appeared fine. I went back for a polish change no issues. Recently, went I went back I had a mani/pedi and informed the nail tech that I really just wanted the gel polish off and maybe clear polish, because I have/had nice nails. The tech did my pedi and was going to do my mani, but she stopped to attend to another patron. I was then set aside for another nail tech while my fingers soaked. The nail tech finally attended to me after approximately 20 minutes. I told her I was only getting regular polish. She then proceeded with my manicure and drilled my natural nails almost to the skin. I've had gel polish changes in the past, but never has anyone drilled my natural nails down. I won't be returning. I had nice nails, now I will need to wait for them to grow from the base. My thumb nail was cracked on the side, not sure when it will get back to normal. I feel like my nails were ruined on purpose. read more

Well I really wanted to like this place but it's not great as it looks. The women who provided my pedicure didn't seem to know what she was doing. Avoid if you can. I came in for a gel manicure and was told they're not able to do gel manicures on short, natural nails. I was advised to get dip instead. I proceeded with dip, and after the service was complete, my nails looked horrible. They cut underneath one of my nails. They did not bother to ensure my nails were the same shape. The lady that did my nails was not only rude to me, but multiple other people that came into the salon while I was there. On top of her being rude, she did an awful job on my nails. I have acrylic on my real nails with gel polish. It hadn't even been a week before the gel polish was already chipping. I am so disappointed! I wish I had read reviews before going. I went for pedicure. Waited almost an hour for a rush job pedicure. Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I asked receptionist how much longer I had been there almost an hour. she said you are next and from that point on it was like a race to the finish. lady who did nails only interested in what was going on in salon. Never asked what pedicure I wanted . Only time she spoke to me was to asked if I wanted nails cut. After that constant conversation with receptionis and checking the area of the salon. Every time someone walked in she went faster. It was so bad I refused to leave a tip... which is something I have never done before. I let them know why I refused to leave tip.
