I am never compelled to write reviews but my experience here was so horrendous I felt the need to. I went here for a pedi and gel mani, which is not something I do on a regular basis so I expect a decent experience. During my pedicure, the woman doing my nails cut my cuticle too low and it started bleeding. Ok, happens all the time, no big deal. Well it was a big deal because rather than let my toe stop bleeding on its own, she continued to poke at it in order to repaint the nail. Which translates to her touching the nail polish brush IN MY BLOOD. Did she throw out the brush? No, she just put it back in the bottle and returned it to the shelf. On top of that, my foot would not stop bleeding due to her poking at it. While I was getting my mani done, I looked down to see my foot in a pool of blood. What does she do? Goes back and keeps messing with it trying to repaint the nail. To put the icing on the cake, she also cut down the side of my one toe to the point that my toe still hurts four days later. Oh, and my hands were covered in nail polish because she kept smearing nail polish on herself and then onto my hand. I suggest staying away from this place if you appreciate common sense and cleanliness. Place is so overpriced you're better off going elsewhere. read more

This is the single worst salon experience I've ever had. It started off fine with the nail tech clipping and filing my nails. Then just before we did the polish, I paid. She got very upset when I put my tip on the card. I've been traveling and didn't think I'd have time for getting my nails done so obviously I didn't have any though I thought I tipped her well enough to cover what they take out. Then she pained my French tips on. She smeared it a little and made a half hearted attempt to fix it. Put clear coat on and called it "perfect." It was not great and my entire right hand was very messy but I still had to have her wax my eye brows since I had already paid for it so I wasn't going to complain. As for the eyebrows, I asked for her to shape them but whatever she did erased any and all shape I had. She left my eye brows uneven and flat. I tried to politely leave (hoping I could get a salon down the street to fix it) but she insisted she could fit it. She added a little shape but she plucked a hole in my left eyebrow !!!! I was horrified and just wanted to get out. So I said thank you it's great and left. I left and had a horrible feeling about it so I went back in and asked for someone else to fix my nails. The nice girl that fixed them did a good job but with how I was treated and mutilated, this place barely deserves 1 star. read more

My mom and I called in advance for a spa pedicure. There was not a wait, however, the nail technicians went so fast. We paid approx $2.34 a minute for a 15 minute spa pedicure. The paraffin and hot stones were scalding hot. I guess it didn't really matter because each treatment was for only seconds that our skin didn't have time to burn. Overall, the spa pedicure for $35 was definitely not worth a 15 minute pedicure. read more

Awful. Rude, unhygienic, and grossed me out. I asked for a mani/ pedi. Got in the chair, my tech was scratching herself like crazy. Ok no big deal.. I think. My water wasn't hot at all. She starts... Drops the toe clippers on the ground as she is using on hand on foot and the other to use Facebook?!!!! Then grabs the now dirty clippers and continues to clip my nails. Ew. Then she drops the cuticle clippers. Like are you ok lady? She made me bleed she pulled my cuticles so hard. When I told her I was bleeding. And to stop she completely ignored me till I screamed ow. The lady next to me looked horrified. I told her just to not touch that toe as its pouring blood. So then she sticks my bloody toe into the water. Great. Now alls I can think about is an infection. Then she keeps poking at the sore toe the entire pedicure time. She then grabs hot wax which I love. NOPE. This was "burn your skin off" hot. I told her and she said "it's fine" .....?! -_- she then rubs my legs which I enjoyed with the scrub. Then she drained the foot spa and cleaned it with a dirty sponge she pulled off the cry and regular soap?!! I was appalled. She then paint my toes and now I have the joy of getting my gel manicure. I'm soo sketched out at this point, I told her just paint then. No manicure with your unhygienic tools. No cuticle cut, no nail clipping. Just paint them. To top it off SHE STARTS CUTTING MY CUTICLES!!!! I kindly told her to stop and she did. Half way though painting, she picks them back up again. When she was done, I asked to speak to the manager. She wasn't kind. When I told her everything she started at me like I had 10 heads. She called over the nail tech to argue with me. I had had enough. I gave the attitude right back which apparently I should of done at the very beginning with my bleeding toe. She walked away yelling which I couldn't understand. Then manager gave me 10$ off. I came here for a pedicure and ended up getting the deluxe one for 10$ more which was definitely worth it! The place is nice and clean for the most part it seemed, the only thing that really grossed me out was that I think they reuse those things used to scrub your feet to get off the the dead skin. One was metal and I did not see them clean it so I'm a little sketched out about that. The others were the typical purple sponge looking one and a little brush that I think they may reuse. The only other thing was I did have to wait about 25 minutes for my pedicure (which I understand this often happens at nail places I just wish they would have said come at 130 instead) with the water going cold quite often. Other than the foot scrubber and waiting, the pedicure was awesome, she really made it worth it and did an amazing job. They massage lotions and oils on you for awhile followed by warm towels and paraffin wax. It is quite relaxing and amazing for only 10$ more! My winter feet felt great! read more
