if i could give 0 starts I would! This place is horrible. I wish I would've seen the reviews before taking my precious dog there. he skinned my dog in MULTIPLE areas. cut his genital area. left him a horrible scar on his head. & then my dad picked my dog up, he said my dog was aggressive and wouldn't let himself when i've been taking my dog to get groomed for 10+ years and have NEVER had that problem. I've contacted the authorities to launch an investigation on animal cruelty with this place. this will NOT go unnoticed. he's swollen, and limping with his tail in between his legs. this man ABUSED my dog. read more

It was a terrible experience, our Maltese came home with flees, several skin cuts, unrecognizable and when my mom called that shop the girl said " well I can give you some free treats " thanks but no thanks. Bought a fish from there & the guy told me that he was healthy, unlike most of the ones they had. I bought him around 2pm and he died by 9pm. It had ick and caused my other 3 fish to die within the same week. Their store is dirty and should be shut down immediately. I feel so bad for the animals because most of them die there. There were so many things wrong with this place it's a miracle it is still open. I took my dog for a grooming appointment only to find TONS of infected cuts all over his body due to unsanitary equipment. They also have a pet shop where every single reptile was not properly taken care of; no humidity, wrong tanks, no heat, food looked like it has been sitting there for weeks, etc. Do not support a place where they show no respect and care for animals. read more

Our senior dog got groomed here and she has a normal skin colored mole on the side of her head. When she came back we noticed that the mole was covered in dry blood and it's crusting. They need to be more careful and ESPECIALLY due to her age she is more prone to infection. We have gone to other groomers before and have never had this problem. We brought her here as a last option since everything else was booked. We are very upset with the service provided and will NOT be bringing her back. read more

The man at the groomers asked if I wanted a haircut for her, I said NO just a bath because she's a Pom, I love her fur and want to keep the length. Just a simple bath. I can't believe this place is even open. I took my dog there for a cut and a bath and he seemed fine the first day. After that we noticed he had a few bumps on his skin and soon realized they were small cuts filled with puss. He has never had any kind of skin conditions or allergies to anything. This looks like his hair was cut in a very tough manner without a care and with unsanitary hair clippers. He even has a cut behind his right ear. I would never in my life recommend this place for grooming or to purchase pets. Besides the groom, I walked around the store and they have no proper care for any of their other animals that they have for sale. UPDATE on this kitten: Turns out SHE is actually a HE Kinda sucks that they mis-sexed our kitten... I specifically wanted a female cat for health reasons and overall behavior... Really friendly workers over the phone and in person. I needed a good quality but cheap dog harnest for our blue pit and checked out Yelp for deals. I came across Royal Pet Center and they had the best deals around. Better than Pet Co. The guy who helped me over the phone was very helpful and knowledgable about the types of harnest that would best work for out pit. I've been coming to the pet store for years and they've always been very helpful and friendly! The staff there really care about animals. They have affordable vaccinations for your pets on Sunday's from 2:30-3:30. As far as the groomer next door- I can only say that I have never had my dog fully groomed there, they do take care of my chihuahuas nail clippings for 5$ and I've never had a problem with that- thank goodness. read more

plenty of reptiles, birds, and fish to choose from. from time to time they also have tarantulas and snakes, toirtoises and iguanas which is pretty cool. (Depends on the season) but aside from that everyone here is always respectful and they always have what i need to feed my reptiles. Sometimes ignorant customers come here and they don't know what they're asking for and then when they dont get what they're looking for they blame it on the workers which is very silly. Angie is the most rude groomer. She has made me feel very bad and uncomfortable each time I take my dog she complains to me. She sees my dog says comments I do not like. This will be the last time I take him. My dog is a good dog I noticed that he does not like going to them. Today, as I was waiting for the lady to give me a receipt, I heard them complain when they seen a patron coming they must not want clients. Angie was charging me extra because I needed her to use my own dog shampoo because their shampoo irritates my dog's skin. The other lady Violetta, was complaining that she broke her wrist and my dog moves and Angie will not groom my dog. When I went back they gave me all this b.s. about how the wouldn't cover the guarantee on the fish because the gave me a 2 dollar discount. I wasn't impressed the first time I went in, but I went in today, and left much happier. The first time I went in during the middle of the weekday, the only male employee, may have been the owner, wasn't especially nice or helpful. Today when I went in, late morning on Saturday, and the female employee, who also may be the owner, was very polite and extremely helpful. The store is cramped, and doesn't have a large selection of everything, but they have a nice selection of pet shampoos. I'll go back for collars, shampoos etc, but dog food- no. Also- I can't stand that they have those poor puppies in such small cages, they look healthy- but I would never buy one- something just doesn't seem right about it there. I bought 2 cats from here & they ended up being very sick. They both sneeze a lot, which i kno isnt a good sign. i took them both to the vet cuz they got a fever after 1 week of bringing them home. I was pretty upset at them for selling sick cats, but thnx to me theyre good & healthy! I usually bring my poodle to get his cut in this place , but today I tried taking my terroir mix to get her hair cut and the rude white lady said she couldn't cut her hair because she didn't like how it was and she also told me " why did you bring her here you should've took her to another grooming spot" who says stuff like that to customers? GROOMING SERVICES WAS HORRIBLE; it was the first time i brought my dog here and the last. When I got my dog back and I was checking her and all of a sudden the lady started cutting her nails while I was holding her, that was something that should have already been done right? So I asked if she was giving her a hard time and she said no that my dog was well behaved. I handed over my dog to them with the leash, then I get my dogs leash back all ripped up, so they had put her in the cage with the leash still on which is not safe for a dog, so apparently they also don't watch the dog while they are in the cages since the leash was completely ripped into pieces. The cages are behind the counter where the workers are. My dog's hair was pretty long so all i asked for was a LITTLE TRIM FROM THE TOP. When I saw her she was SHAVED (by shave it's when they don't attach anything on the clippers, it's just the blade clippers). When I said a little trim that's not what I meant. Not only did they get the haircut wrong she had spots that hadn't been cut. And its not like her hair was matted up I brush her hair daily. They also didn't clean her ears. She doesn't smell clean either; when I got there a guy sprayed her with something. I was getting frustrated when I was talking to them since their English hesitant. So I just left since there was nothing I could do and anything I wanted them to do. I get home and I continue to check my dog because she is my baby, she is basically bald so am checking for cuts or any more long hair and then I see it she had a TICK the only place she could have gotten it was from that place, I checked her inch by inch for anything now. Luckily she only had one TICK and she had her updated shots. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more
