Before I mailed in the 1 year prescription I spoke with their agent addressed my concern about mailing them my only copy of doctor's prescription and what will happen the next time when I need to purchase the remaining 6 months medication? The agent assured me that it would not be any issue because petco would have the record of the prescription I mailed in. It turned out a huge frustration for my 2nd prescription ordering. They kept claiming that petco didn't have any record of the mailed in prescription from me. But wait- they did see my 1st purchased and delivered it. So more than an hour later waiting talking waiting on the phone.. the agent first lied about calling my vet, and vet would not pick up. So I verified with my vet and they told me the clinic doesn't accept Fax , please have petco telephone the vet. I told petco what my vet said, and the agent said : oh sorry mamn but our pharmacy needs the vet call them instead. I told the agent that their customer service is terrible. I told the agent that I purchased the item from petco not from my vet which means you got my money not my vet . Petco lost my mailed in prescription. Not my vet. Why petco's pharmacy would not do the right thing which simply call the vet(they lost my prescription) to verify and not to waste the customer's time ?I will never do business with this company-Petco again. So terrible.
