It was clean, the staff was friendly, confident, and not pushy. This might seem wrong to say, but the accents were minimal and it was comforting to understand what my artist was saying. He also made sure that I knew what to expect as far as how my nails would look when finished before completing the process. The prices were absolutely fair - right in the middle, as expected. In addition to the polish chipping so quickly, the bottoms of my feet still felt rough after the pedicure. I ended up having to smooth them myself when I got home.
