When I got it to the car, I realized they had forgotten the dessert we ordered. I walked back in and they brought it out to me after a few minutes. No harm done but just delaying the feast. So then we get home and realized they also forgot the plain tenders we ordered for our son. So now we call the restaurant to see what we can do. They offered us a gift card as an apology which I thought was great. Except its not expected to get here for two weeks. Luckily my son could eat the tots that we ordered but we were still just annoyed with the whole process. The food itself was great but must have been an off night to forget a couple of the things in our order. We will definitely be back for more since we like the food here but I'll make sure to check my order more thoroughly from now on.

There was also generous space to hang your jackets. There is covering outside if you need fresh air or to have a smoke without getting snowed or rained on. There were 2 bartenders and they were nice and did their jobs well. We never had to wait longer than a minute for drinks. The food was not bad... I really liked their ham! Super flavorful and tender and I wish I had went up for seconds. The bathrooms were cleaned and never ran out of toilet paper. I'd be very happy if our party took place here again next year!

We initially met Carla at Château du Feÿ, where she was employed. After a disappointing experience with another planner, we hired Carla 5 months before our wedding, hoping her 3+ years of specialized venue expertise would be invaluable. To our surprise, Carla had not worked with half of our vendors before - even though they were part of the short list of recommended vendors provided by the venue. Despite her website's claims, Carla's design suggestions felt generic and lacked the personalized touch we were looking for. Carla's lack of attention to detail became increasingly apparent as we worked with her. Our wedding had many unique and custom details. Lots of information that a seasoned wedding planner would be able to keep an attentive handle on. The mounting oversights caused significant stress in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. We were genuinely anxious that our vision wouldn't be realized. Luckily, we had multiple vendors and family friends that helped Carla execute the event. As the bride, I distanced myself as much as possible from Carla to allow myself to enjoy the day without frustration. This is not the typical experience. While we appreciate Carla's willingness to take us on with short notice, and she did have some helpful insights regarding sourcing a local florist and unique videographers, her lack of attention to detail ultimately overshadowed those positives.
