When we started to get close to go time, we heard from him promptly with details on the plan, and he regularly checked in with us to keep us informed as the process unfolded. He also provided great advice on how to choose the right colors for what we wanted to have done, and it was clear he wanted us to take care with that process so we'd really love how it looked when it was done. Not only does our house look amazing and exactly how we wanted it, but Haven also repaired a hole in the siding left after we had a yellow jacket nest removed, and he barely charged us anything for that additional, unplanned work.
