When I asked her for proof of purchase for the headset to confirm the authenticity of the headset. She backed off from her words and said she no longer want to pursue this route. It showed a clear sign that she was only buying time to and not truly address the issue. Their parking services is not trust worthy when owners of the business don't stand by their words. I have filed a police report already and will pursue legal action against them.

They were vocally asking for tips from the guests around me and were showing attitude even though they were prepaid a large lump sum of money to cover tips (I was part of the event organizers that arranged the prepaid lump sum to the crew) On to the crazy part: One of the guests was leaving and as he was pulling out, Jose, one of the valets, acted like he was hit and pinned between the cars. But look at my attached video and pictures and make your own judgement if that's truly what happened! The whole family business went into a faux panic and called emergency and police to demand insurance from the guest and proceeded to open an insurance claim against him! The security guard, also part of their company, claimed he witnessed everything when he was never there during the embarrassing event! Unfortunately their outlandish behavior left a very negative effect on the attendees of the event. They are actually dangerous and a harm to your guests and event you organize! Not to mention they pulled out my car and parked it in a handicap spot before I ever called for it. Note: Yelp removed my review once "because it wasn't clear that your review described your firsthand experience as a customer of the business." It immediately turned into an absolute nightmare. Let me share our experience with you. First, upon arriving, I noticed 10 (maybe a few more) open parking spaces in the parking lot and then noticed that there two vehicles parked in designated handicap spaces without proper permits. The valet attendants from Quality Parking Services Inc. seemed to think that Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance was optional. When greeted, I explained to him that I would self park my vehicle and I asked him to move the non-compliant vehicle, so we could park there. He told me no and told me I could go park in a neighboring lot. He also stated that if I self-parked in the Cheesecake Factory's lot, that I would still have to pay for service. I kindly tried to explain to the attendant about the ADA, and that they couldn't obstruct these spaces. All three of the attendants didn't seem to believe me, nor did they care. So, I parked the car in the order pick-up space and my wife and I began to walk towards the front door of the restaurant. I immediately noticed that the valet attendant appeared to be escorting us into the restaurant and told the manager, Felix what had transpired outside. Needless to say, Felix seemed to understand me when I told him how this illegal act could cause serious problems. He understood what I was saying and apologized wholeheartedly. While we waited for our food, I went outside to document the vehicles with no placards or permits/tags of any kind. The whole time, the attendants presented themselves as not understanding English and only spoke Spanish. Which was funny to me, because when I happened to capture one in my documentary video, he immediately spoke perfect English saying "you can't record a person". He appeared to act as if he instantly became a civil rights lawyer. In summary, these, Quality Parking Service valet attendant's service was a master class act in incompetence, insensitivity, and illegality. If you enjoy parking chaos, ADA violations, and existential despair, come on down to the Cheesecake Factory located at 4142 Via Marina, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 because this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you are an ADA protected citizen, steer clear--as I'd recommend avoiding this location like the plague!
