Let me start by saying this review is long overdue. We have been using this company for years now and can't think of going with someone else for valet services. Last weekend we hired them for my birthday party since parking around my house is really tough. The staff as usual was very welcoming to all our arriving guests and looked sharp in their uniforms. They are quick and responsible, we never have any issues of items missing from the car, cars being scratched and etc, you can fully trust them. And to top it off we really appreciated it when they refused to give car keys to our friend who had too much to drink and was insisting to drive on his own. Five stars. read more

I booked this service for my sister in laws baby shower at my parents home in LA. Some of the guests were older and street parking can be a little tricky. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Answered all of my questions. We're extremely reasonably priced. The day of the event came and the two guys who came (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) were professional looking & beyond helpful and super nice guys all around. I attended my friends party last week which I honestly wasn't going to attend since it was pouring buckets. They told me they were going to have valet but I for sure thought valet weren't going to work in such condition as I got half way there. Sure enough I show up and there's yellow jacketed super valet smiling cheek to cheek excited to work. There are some people we cross paths with in our day to day lives but forget to stop and appreciate them I wanted to take a moment to thank these attendants for working in all kinds of conditions to ensure we have a fun time and stay dry. I recently valeted at at a center in Culver City that really had quality personnel working there. The traffic is insane in that area adjacent to the 405 freeway. I decided to get a coffee from Starbucks and take a rest as I had a long drive to Valencia and it was rush hour. Now it's much expected and become the norm to circle around for an hour to find parking anywhere in Los Angeles. Not for Starbucks though they usually position a quick park so you can run in and out UNLESS the branch is in a shopping plaza. This Starbucks sat in a pretty congested center and if it wasn't for Valet-It I would have been searching for a parking spot for quite some time. It's the first time I valet my car for a coffee. But the ease of giving my car to a friendly FAST worker is much needed now a days. It certainly made me feel more welcomed and hassle free. read more

So this review is a bit different...the valet driver lost my car key and the customer service, billing and claims team did an amazing job assisting me with my situation. They promptly communicated via email and phone to ensure we were taken care of. The length that they went to get this issue resolved was seriously amazing!! They went above and beyond to replace our keys as well as deactivate our old ignition...upon our request as I work at the place the key was lost. I was going to take off one star because of my key being lost, but they went out of their way to make things right. Just want to let everyone know that this is actually the first negative review I have ever written on yelp. I am so beyond frustrated with this company. This company works in the building that I live in and one of their employees lost the key to my G wagon over four months ago. Till this day they have not replaced my key or compensated me for a new replacement key. I have done everything on my end to help them expedite the process of replacing my key, but they find excuses to delay the process. The main issue was that they had high turnover with their staff at one point and ended up hiring a careless employee that either took my key home or lost the key and ultimately quit their job. So now they refuse to take accountability for the fact that they hired irresponsible staff that pockets and loses keys. I've been calling their claims dept and speaking to Dilia who has reassured me they were on top of it but now it's going on close to 5 months! I expected it to take some time but not this long. This is so unprofessional- I would never consider working with them or hiring them for any events knowing that this is what they do when there's an issue. read more

After our planner dropped the ball I called Abby in the late afternoon less than 24 hours prior to my father in laws memorial, and she came through for us. If you live in the valley you know how challenging street parking can be. When it is nearly 100 degrees in October and most of the mourners are over 65 you cannot expect them to park their own cars and walk in the afternoon. The valets that worked our party were amazing, I feel terrible that I cannot remember their names to add to this review, it was an busy and emotional day. The way they handled the massive influx of cars and the traffic on the streets was nothing short of outstanding. As the event wound down they made sure everyone got their cars promptly and moved the cars into the driveway for those that were staying late. I would recommend them to anyone in need of valet. And if you are questioning if you need a valet or not, just do it! The cost is worth it and your guests will thank you. We are so thankful that this company was able to help us with such short notice and do it so very professionally. read more

Good customer service is (as I have said many many times on this forum) HUGE for me. Your product could be mediocre, but if you have great customer service, I'm in. Valet-It's customer service from tip to tail was fantastic and dealing with all parties working there - an absolute breeze. Even after my initial quote (which I suspected was too low given my event location and parking nightmares in the area) getting in touch with someone was never a long arduous or insane process. When the new quote came in, it was higher, but not exorbitant and because Abby was such a rock star, I decided to book them. The afternoon before my event I called in a total panic about time frames and Abby was totally chill about it- which definitely made me feel less panicky. The valet gentleman were great, on time and very courteous. As I mentioned, the location was a bit of a nightmare and these guys set up shop and did their thing without needing me to answer 600 questions- they just got the job done, and well. I will 100% without question be utilizing their services in the future and refer them to my friends and colleagues. read more

Valet-It's Yelp reviews can be deceiving and so can their contracts and customer strategy. I used this group once for a big event but wasn't particularly impressed, but because of the nature of the business I decided to give them another opportunity for a bigger event. When I had to cancel three weeks in advance they refused to refund me a significant deposit. Unbelievable since they rendered no services. I'm not sure how legal it is to do this but it seemed unconscionable. I was trying to lock down my vendors and they kept pressuring me with emails. I regret not going to the other vendors that I checked out on yelp Who would have gladly refunded my deposit knowing there would be lots of future work. Find a valet company knows how to do customer service better than these guys. read more
