This is after speaking to 4 other valet companies and coming to look at our property where we were having over 400 guests. Parking Pro's are the best! We just used there services for our company Christmas Party at our house and hands down it was the best experience yet. We live in Lake Arrowhead, California on a ridge in a gated community where there's no street parking. So we hired them to shuttle everyone in gates. I found them on thumb tack and it was the best decision we ever made. The company keep the lines of communication open till the day of the party. They insured me that the driver will be on time and gave me his contact info. The driver contacted me to give me his eta and arrived early. He was pleasant and very professional. He also stood 30 mins over the time requested. We did have to pay but it was very much worth every penny. This is the second time in two years we contracted Parking Pros for valet services at a high profile school graduation. Last year, they all showed up in random uniforms, this year, they not only showed up in random uniforms but their entire crew fully arrived close to half an hour late from our agreed start time. Their late arrival forced over a dozen people to park their own cars. When I attempted to contact them to find out where their employees were, they kept sending me to voicemail. Then, I finally get a call back saying that we should have booked them 30-minutes prior to the start of the event if we wanted them there at that time (in which they would have charged us for). I received a phone call from William on the following Monday saying they would not process a refund like they said they would and instead "wash out" the charge since their employees decided to stay an additional hour and a half beyond our agreed end time. They eventually gave the keys to our security (which is okay) but they should have never self-approved themselves to work beyond the agreed time then threaten to charge us for the time we didn't ask them to be there for. Overall, due to the continued unprofessionalism from both the management and valet workers, we are going to go with another company not associated with Parking Pros (since there are 2-3 other companies owned by their family). Valet service: - Arrived 30-minutes late requiring guests to self park. - Were dressed in random clothing, not uniformed as requested. - Needed to be told to set up valet signs so guests knew where to go. - Drove guests cars carelessly when confined to small parking lot. (older woman) - Was inside the venue watching the event. (older woman) Management: - Would send me to voicemail when their crew was MIA - Would not provide an update on their crews status - Threatened to charge an additional hour and a half overtime for time we did not approve when their crew decided to stay beyond the scheduled time. - Finally lightened up and became nice after being told I was going to write this review. read more
