If I could give this place a Zero I would. These people took my car at an event, gave me a clean claim ticket. I exit the event after 2-3 hours and then they said "oh yeah you had a flat when I came in". So you guys were standing all on the side my car when I arrived where the "flat was when i got there" said nothing to me about it, did the pre screen gave me a clean claim ticket? Their response to their insurance examiner was "we thought he knew" What person comes to an event with a flat tire and just walks right in like normal. Even worse if you believe I handed the car to you with a flat you would have indicated it on the claim ticket. Not to mention 1.) my car has a dashboard warning light when the tire pressure is low. (It was not on when I got there) 2.) the tire was completely blown there's no way possible I could have done that damage without knowing. I called their insurance to handle the damage they denied having done anything. This is place is an immoral operation. Do NOT Trust them. They are completely dishonest, and obviously not skilled at parking cars. read more

I guess the saying of "you get what you pay for" really comes into play here. My work hired these guys for a rappers birthday and we wanted them from 6-10, they text me saying our contract ended at 9 and I had to remind them that was untrue. I felt they were trying to cheat us out of our deal. They also made everyone walk to their cars up the hill in their heels which was VERY far. I would have paid for another hour but that was not even an option with them. All other valet services I called said they would rent a lot for us and this was the only one that said no lot was needed. Their "shuttle was 1 Rav4 car that could fit 4 people at a time. I wish this was a more professional service because we paid close to 3K for this. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I recommennd that you spring for a company that is more professional and will take care of you the way a valet service should. How unfortunate to have that as sometyhing as what everyone remembers from your party, the awful valet. How embarassing! Walking up a hill for half a mile in my heels was not how I wanted to end my night. read more

We used Logistic Parking at my son's 1st bday party! The party was in a hilly neighborhood and there were about 40 guests with 16 cars. They were so professional and kind and they did an amazing job finding parking for everyone! At the end of the party, they even moved the cars closer to the entrance so that our guests who stayed longer didn't have to walk far to get into their cars. Jose and team were excellent for us. We had 20 or so cars, and we reserved their services for about four hours. They handled car reception, parking, and pickup flawlessly with very little hassle. When 11pm struck, Jose waited patiently for me to finish a conversation before interrupting and asking where to place the keys for remaining cars.
