Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. The tables and bases all need a thorough cleaning as well as other areas I noticed during our visit. I'd understand this a little more if I saw they were super busy and only had one person working, however, we were the only customers, except for two to-go orders and the one employee was sitting down on his phone when he wasn't helping a customer. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 yrs, I am well aware of the things needed to keep a restaurant successful. Attention to detail is one of the key factors and unfortunately Mango Mango is lacking in this area.
