This is such a cute shop and restaurant! There was so much cute merch available and lots of food and drink options. I ended up getting the curry fish balls, bbq pork rice rolls, and the pink lychee smoothie with cheese foam. Everything was very well made and very delicious. The rice rolls were on par with rice rolls I've had in NYC Chinatown. And I was honestly so impressed by how delicious the pink lychee smoothie with cheese foam was. I can't wait to come back here.

I forgot to take pictures of my food, but this place is great. Don't let the exterior fool you. it's actually pretty nice inside. They sell blind boxes in the front and have a kiosk you can order from if you don't love speaking to people. I came here wanting to try the steamed rice rolls they have and I was not disappointed. The portion was pretty big, and I added an egg, which came out to about $8-9. I also got the honey orange green tea, and it came with what seemed to be a whole orange. My friend ordered the fried tofu, and it was so crispy and had a garlicky sauce on top. We both agreed that we've been missing out by judging the way it looks from the street. Stop in and try for yourself!!

This was my first time visiting Spring Tea. I stopped by for a midday snack and ordered their Taro Milk Tea and Chocolate Strawberry Croissant. Both were delicious! The croissant was crispy on the outside, with buttery flaky layers on the inside. I would order both of these again! This is a cute shop, with tchotchkes for sale, and a DIY craft table for decorating items with charms. I'll be back, especially for another croissant!

About 3.5 stars. Not yet 4 stars. We were here for their drink. The store front look like a little market. They sell the cute cartoon characters. The store attracts many come in to look at the cute toy and not much of purchase. We got the strawberry crème cheese foam. The drink is just average in comparison to many boba drink I have been to. The foam is nice. Strawberry smoothie is pleasant. Overall the experience is average.

Super cute spot, try their strawberry boba and it was very refreshing. The perfect amount of sugar!

Spring Tea is a beautiful shop in Mills with a super clean interior and lovely trinkets to explore. They sell tons of blind boxes and have good seating with chargers for people to come and sit in the back. The service was amazing, she was more than happy to answer any questions we had and recommended the toppings that would go well with our drink. We ordered a Strawberry Green Tea with crystal boba and it was delicious. There were a lot of pieces of strawberries and limes, the flavor was very fresh. Definitely check it out if you are around Mills!

I am on the hunt for the best Takoyaki balls in Orlando and I saw a photo of them on Apple Maps. The area is a little difficult to get to because of the construction but there is a parking lot in the back behind Spring Tea and Chuan Lu. I ordered the Taiwanese fried chicken (salt and pepper seasoned) and the Takoyaki. The fried chicken had good flavor but could use a second fry to be a bit crunchier. The Takoyaki had a lot of octopus in them! I've tried the ones at Jinya and for the price point, the ones here at Spring Tea, would absolutely win. They're only slightly smaller than the ones at Jinya and not as mushy on the inside (definite plus). Cashier was very nice and I'll have to come back to order her favorite menu item one day, the crispy chicken and rice. In-store decor and shopping area was very cute, only thing I would request they fix is the front door. It doesn't shut at all and the air inside the cafe is humid and a bit stuffy.

Salt and pepper popcorn chicken. It's so so good. Not sure why this review needs to be at least 85 characters! But now we're there!

Thought I'd stop in for boba. I normally go to the other location. This one is a little bigger. More seating. There's a kiosk for ordering or you can order at the counter. I got an Oreo boba with cheese foam. It was good but I think the other location is better.

Ordered three drinks, and did not enjoy any of them. The flavor was quite bitter and tart, and didn't taste refreshing as I had hoped it would. The Boba Croissant wasn't bad, but not a dish I would order again. Overall, there are plenty of other boba tea shops in the area, and this place wasn't it for me.

Authentic rice noodle rolls. Owner makes these rice noodle rolls fresh daily. The curry fish balls are very tasty!

One of my favorite boba place has expanded and opened their new location non colonial! Super adorable with their little shop selection of toys. I got the strawberry yakualt drink. I love that spring tea isn't too sweet like some other places and i have to ask for half sugar.

    Trevis M.

Had the try the new location and it just so happened drinks are just as amazing. Got the strawberry Yakult half ice. Their drinks are not overly sweet which is one of the reasons I like this brand so much. Food wasn't being served as they are still building. Great spot, service spot on, fun clean space, highly recommended.

The open kitchen lets customers watch the boba being simmered in a wok, and we got to see the staff torch the brown sugar topping before serving. We ordered through the self-serve kiosk with no wait. The shop was modern, clean, and the drinks looked promising. Since it's located in a strip plaza, expect plenty of foot traffic and moderate noise during busier times. Our total came to about $18 after adding boba and upgrading both drinks to a large. We tried the Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Dalgona Coffee Foam. The fresh boba had a great chewy texture, but both drinks were much too milky for my taste. The Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea lacked a noticeable brown sugar flavor. The Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Dalgona Coffee Foam was slightly more flavorful after mixing, but I was still disappointed by how mild the coffee tasted. The menu describes it as having "a perfect balance of sweetness and robust coffee flavor," but I was expecting a much bolder coffee profile that wasn't overpowered by the milk.

While the interior is more modern than the bakeries I grew up visiting in Flushing, New York, the food itself reminded me of home. I picked up a hot dog bun and a custard egg tart from the bakery, then ordered the Hong Kong sticky rice and lychee mango fruit tea with boba (50% sugar, 50% ice). These are some of my favorite comfort foods, and while the prices were a bit higher than what I'm used to back home, I was pleasantly surprised by every item I tried. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hot dog bun was soft, and the egg tart had a flaky crust with smooth custard. The sticky rice, wrapped in a lotus leaf, was warm, comforting, and had the subtle savory flavor I love. The fruit tea was refreshing, with real pieces of lychee and mango mixed in. There was plenty of seating for my friend and me to sit, relax, and enjoy our treats. If you're looking for authentic Asian bakery favorites in Orlando, Bakery 1908 is worth checking out. It's the perfect spot for brunch, whether you're craving something sweet or savory or just want a refreshing drink. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm missing the flavors of home.

The taro lacked some of the richness and depth I usually look for, and the mango drink felt a little too sweet for my taste.
