I called them and he said he would try to get his guys back out here to fix it. He never called back and left me hanging. I had to call a piano repair person to come here and fix the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong after telling him I had movers move the piano. The repair guy said they should have checked it to make sure it was all good before leaving, because when you turn a piano upright to move it the bar inside the piano that controls sustain will fall out of place and they should have known better. So, to sum up, the owner of Brazos movers should have told me his movers did not know squat about pianos, a $650 charge + tip. Then, he did not call me back to let me know his guys were coming the next few days to fix it. He just blew me off. Why? The movers don't know anything about fixing a piano if they break it.
