Had horrible experience here. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I go to this place to try it out and while getting the set put on he cut my nail bed like the back of it with one of their nail tools. I remember it bled alot and stung . I had mentioned to please be more Careful. About a week and a half to 2 weeks later i started getting blisters on fingers in both hands. I had to wear bandages and gauze around each finger. I wasn't able to use my hands normally. After the blisters kept growing i went to the emergency clinic which the Dr. Confirmed yes it was from that nail salon .i had to take antibiotics etc. I called up there to inform them that I had got an infection from them and to please be aware so no one else would get the same. The woman on the phone was so disrespectful. She yelled at me and said it wasn't from them that i didnt know what i was talking about and hung up in my face. Made an appointment a couple days beforehand. There was no wait when we arrived and were seated a couple minutes after we walked in. My technician was very nice and didn't make my cuticles hurt. How wax smelled really good and my design is just what I wanted. read more

I really want to like this place. I love the massage chairs, and for the most part they do a pretty good job. I've had a couple of negative experiences, including the last time I got a shellac manicure (today). The lady used the buffer and swiped on my cuticle/skin causing and bleeding on my thumb and redness on all the other nails. It HURT. Not to mention, the paint job didn't exactly make up for it. It's too thick and uneven. I made the manager aware at checkout. I was told to "soak my nails in saltwater".. that doesn't help my dissatisfaction. I shouldn't have even paid for it honestly! I'm very disappointed in the customer service. Sadly I might be finding a new nail salon. read more

Excused my 9MO pregnant swollen toes, but does this look like a $60 pedicure to you!? I came here to treat myself the week before giving birth. I got the "deluxe" pedicure and shellac polish, hoping it'd last longer while I'm out with a newborn. Came home and looked at my toes and wanted to cry. The polish looks grown out already, to top coat is slipped on there and my toenails were filed crooked. This polish looks awful, the pedicure itself was just okay. Yes, they put a mask on my feet/ legs, but the hot stone massage was just running the stone down my legs about 10X each. Regret going here and won't be back. read more

I thought it would be fun to go get my nails done and treat my self, but I whent in there and I say I wanted a French tip with a very very light baby pink. The guy first cut my nails and started to give me acrylics and I did not want acrylics! I hate having long nails. I wanted to get gel but they forced me to get a dip, so I just went along with it, at first it was going fine and then he gave me super bright, neon, pink nails, and I did not want that. He's cut my nail super short and they look horrible. He ended up cutting my skin too. I would not recommend this place if I could give it a zero star rating I hundred percent would! read more

I have been a few times and it has been average. The setting is nice and clean. Today was disappointing. I got a pedicure. It was supposed to have Callus removal. She only did the heals and no other part of the foot. The massage was good. The paint job was horrible. I went back in and asked for an additional coat which they did but still not the best job. I definitely don't feel I got my moneys with. I will be looking for a new place for sure. read more

I've been a fan of this salon for years, but after my recent experience, won't be returning. When I got my nails done, I was so shocked that it took under 30 mins, when normally it's closer to an hour for dip nails here and elsewhere. They also were INCREDIBLY thin, which I thought looked nice, but did worry me. Within two days, one of my nails broke while I was putting on a sock, nothing forceful at all. I got that one fixed, thinking it was a fluke. Now less than a week after getting my nails done, 3 more have broken completely off without any kind of force put on them. So so disappointed. When leaving with a $100 bill, you expect them to last more than just a few days. read more

I have tried SO many nail salons since we moved here 2 years ago...I finally found THE place! The salon is gorgeous! Everyone was so nice, the staff and other customers. I felt so relaxed and comfortable there. Kevin did my nails and he was AWESOME! I am super OCD and he did such an excellent job making sure my nails were perfect. I really appreciate his work! I also have to add that I had my 3 year old daughter with me, she definitely loved it! She had her nails painted and they were so great with her! She sat there and entertained Kevin most of my appointment with her baby shark rendition haha. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for being so awesome, so caring and so professional and fun! love this place and the people so much! it's better than the original salon in my opinion. i'm pretty busy during the day and (sadly) am one of those people that have to come in within an hour of them closing, and instead of being passive like some they are so friendly and don't rush through the job! in addition, they are very helpful with picking colors and give you all the time you need to take to decide on a color. i've gone several times for dip and leave satisfied every time. i have yet to have a chipped, lifting, or broken nail from them! wish i could give them more stars :) read more

I will never go anywhere else! I never used to have a consistent nail salon but I am always taken care of so well here so I've been going for the past couple of months now. First of all, the place is beautiful. It's so clean and is decorated beautifully. And Daniel (and the rest of the staff) are amazing. Always so kind and welcoming and I'm always able to get the appointment times I want. And I couldn't believe it when Daniel came in on his day off to accommodate me! My nails are absolutely perfect every time. I get the dip manicure and it will stay on until I go in the next time... even if my schedule gets crazy and I can't make it in for a month (that happened once). And they have the biggest color collection I've ever seen. I could go on and on because I can't recommend Royalty enough! read more

Dropped in with my daughter on a Sunday late afternoon, no appointment. The staff were friendly and attentive... said the wait would be 20-25 min. It was less than 10. The technicians were professional and DID NOT HURT US... always a worry for my daughter who had them remove solar nails for a new set. They soaked them off instead of peeling and picking. Yay!! The salon is clean, modern and classy. They have a rewards program for customers, too! We will be back! read more
