A few months ago I called to get a quote for grooming my cat. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude and condescending when offering a quote. He seemed inconvenienced by even simple questions about the services, like what was included in a base service. I called today trying to give them another chance since there are such few cat groomers in the area. I got placed on hold and then they never got back to me. I would say based off my experience and some of the other reviews, and the owner's responses to them. You should probably stay away. Especially if you are a cat owner. 3/14 EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I did call this morning, and if you read my review carefully you would understand why I called back. Typically I don't judge a place based off of my first experience with them, which is why I waited this time around. Being put on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on is not a good business practice. I understand that there was an event going on in your salon, and maybe the employee who answered should have said that? I would have understood and called back on another day. I also called back again today after your (nasty and unprofessional) comment and someone responded promptly. So, I guess your policy is to magically make up "salon events" to cover up poor customer service? You must host a LOT of events then. TL DR for anyone who reaches the end of this review. Please think very carefully about doing business with Royalty Pet Spa, the lack of accountability, humility, and professionalism is a snapshot of the services you are going to receive. I would urge you to consider any of the half dozen pet salons in the area. read more

***UPDATE: As the owner has since replied to my review by lying (referring to the time I contacted and signing to be charged) and as it appears she lies in a lot of other review responses...In addition to the even more disparaging comment that she would like to disregard me as a "loyal customer": you have all the answer you need NOT to bring your beloved pets here. There are plenty of other reputable and respectful groomers in the area. BEWARE! They do not care about loyal customers! They care more about making a quick buck! I have been a loyal customer for several months and upon my last scheduled grooming for my mini cockapoo, I called them 5 mins after the start time to let them know I'm still looking for my car keys (likely due to my toddler hiding them). The owner promptly told me they would be charging me either way since it was past the start time of my appointment. I was taken aback and told her not only was I a loyal customer, but I am not authorizing a charge and would be writing a bad review. She said she did not care. She charged me full price without any services rendered. Being a business owner myself, this behavior is both astounding and unacceptable. If I could give more stars I would! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this grooming spa! Brittany, the owner, is not only warm and professional but you can tell she truly loves every pet that comes through the door. Eryn has been incredible with my pup; he's patient, detail-oriented, and always makes sure she looks amazing while also feeling comfortable during the entire process. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. And if you have cats, be sure to book April, she has such a rare and valuable skill. It's clear she has a gift for handling even the most finicky pets with care and calmness. The whole team goes above and beyond, and my pets always come home looking (and smelling!) their absolute best. I trust them completely, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend this spa for both dogs and cats. You won't find a more dedicated, talented, and caring group of groomers! read more

Thanks again Brittany for the amazing job you did on cooper! He looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend this place! I'm surprised to see 1 star reviews as I have been coming to Brittany for years and I can't say anything bad about her or her staff! She takes great pride in providing a clean environment, walking in you would think the salon just opened with how clean it is! I also love the fact that it's completely open you can see all the dogs in the kennels and the bathing area. Nothing is hidden. I did call back after but was told the groomer wasn't there ' NO need to lie ' and I didn't yell at ur groomer It's the reverse she was very unprofessional keep saying " there's nothing we can do ' of course there's always something u can do ' Please don't stand up for lies .. obviously " this same groomer ' been having the same problem .... Best place to take your nervous Nelly. My baby was terrified of groomers, has been since I adopted her 10 years ago. Went to many looking for the right one. Someone suggested Royalty Pet Spa to me and groomer April. April is the best groomer my baby has ever had. April is gently with her and careful and loving. I also appreciate knowing that they following the Nevada leash law because some fur kids aren't as friendly or are nervous about spa day and this is so important to us all Thank you oh I live in Henderson and don't care that I have to drive for this great place. I'm so happy we found this place! My wife and I needed a last minute grooming for our dog and they were able to take him in on the same day. The shop is super clean and organized. The staff are all very friendly and loving to the dogs they were all working with. You can tell they actually care. They even have a loyalty program for baths on dogs that's super convenient since Teddy doesn't always get a hair cut but ever so often. I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as my wife has brought our beloved dog to Royalty Pet Spa a couple of times. Unfortunately, each time we picked him up, we noticed cuts around his private area. This is deeply concerning and disappointing. Our dog's well-being is our top priority, and seeing him in this condition is unacceptable. Regrettably, we will not be returning to Royalty Pet Spa. I took my Shih Tzu Kyoshi in for grooming several times and it's been a great experience every time! The shop is so clean and the staff are so nice, they all seem to love animals! They always make me feel so welcomed! The last time he was there he went to see Eryn! He was so nice and Kyoshi loved him! They even do complimentary photo shoots after their grooming sessions, which is so adorable and makes it fun. We highly recommend you take all of your fur babies there! read more

Jeannel was my groomer and my dog came back looking clean, well-groomed, and happy. The place was also very clean and organized, which gave me peace of mind. April is awesome!! I was nervous about taking our Doberman to the groomer as she has a lot of anxiety but April was great with her!!
