I took my puppy here for her first grooming experience. Brittany asked me what I wanted, but also let me know that she would attempt everything I requested, but being that it was the dogs first time did not want to traumatize her for future grooming. I thought that was very smart ! It shows her compassion for the animal and also makes the pet owners life easier in the long run. Royalty Pet Spa has been absolutely wonderful with my difficult dog. He has numerous health issues and has been through a ton of medical procedures and surgeries. Ever since all that, he has been terrible for numerous groomers. No one would groom him anymore. I'm sure being 12 doesn't help either. April has literally been a saving grace. I don't know what we would do without her. She has a tremendous amount of patience with him and has loved him even through his difficulties. She even gets kisses now. I don't often write reviews , but when I do it's because they were well deserved. Royalty Pet Spa on 8680 W. Warm springs Road suite 120 deserves all the stars I can give them. We have been taking our dogs there almost since they opened. Brittany normally does our dogs, and always does a fantastic job. She has been grooming for along time, over 17 years I believe, and it shows. Others occasionally have groomed our dogs, and they all have done a top notch job. My biggest comfort is that our dogs appear to adore everyone there, and seem stress free. It puts us at ease because I always trust a dog's judgment on people, and have had bad experiences with other grooming shops, where our dogs appeared to be stressed out, and seemed uncomfortable with the groomers. It is very apparent that everyone at Royalty Pet Spa truly loves dogs, and we will never take our dogs anywhere else. read more

Off of a recommendation I decided to take my pup here despite the 20 minute drive. They were able to get him in the same day I called! I was super nervous to leave my 16 week german shepherd puppy for the first time with strangers, he put on quite the show before I left, but staff said he was a sweet boy after I was gone. They did a great job and I didn't realize how nasty he had gotten and looked like I picked up a brand new dog LOL. He's a really fluffy long haired GSD and started shedding quite a bit around the 14 week mark and they were able to do a de-shedding bath on him and brushed him really good. He looks and smells great! 10/10 and the price wasn't bad $125 with tip and I tip well. I can tell they have experience with GSDs and puppies, love it! read more

Royalty pet spa was nothing short of amazing! My husband initially found Brittany while she was driving around our neighborhood and chased her down haha thankfully she wasn't freaked out and we scheduled with her a couple weeks later. We have 2 bernedoodles (Ollie, male, 11 months & Olivia, female, 8 months) and Brittany did an amazing job with both of them! Oliver had been groomed before however his hair had gotten very long and as much as we brushed he still developed matting. Brittany trimmed him down perfectly and said we could start doing specialty haircuts next time we bring him in. She also took time to recommend a brush that will be better for his coat. Olivia had never been groomed and my husband is obsessed with her eyelashes lol we requested a summer trim for her as well, cleaning up her face but leaving her lashes in tact. Brittany did an amazing job and our girl looks so good. She also notified us Olivia may have a small ear infection and to keep an eye on her so it doesn't get worse. Everyone here is incredible! Lovely people and lovely, clean place as well. I took my two double-coated fluffy dogs here and they came out looking absolutely amazing and they feel amazing as well! We got the deshedding package and it was absolutely worth every penny. We initially came here on a whim since it was the closest place to our house that had last minute availability, and I am so glad we did. I have taken my two dogs to various different groomers and have never really had a great experience until coming into Royalty Pet Spa. They were super thorough with the grooming process and made sure all the impacted fur and any knots were taken care of! They accommodated to all of our needs and were super patient with my fur babies since they were anxious about getting bathed. Love this place, love the service, and love the groomers! Tatum LOVES it here and so do I! I always take him to April and does an amazing job. Before I found April, I struggled with groomers wanting to shave him down like a poodle. April does an amazing all over scissor trim on my little dood so that he isn't too short. She also trims the face exactly how I like, without leaving the "moustache" too long! She is hands down the best groomed here in Vegas especially for a poodle mix of any kind. Plus, Tatum loves seeing and always gets very excited when he spots her! read more

This place is a disgrace. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE CALL GROOMERS. They are not professionals and they WILL shave your dog, they DO NOT know how to trim or give a proper haircut. The dogs poor look and breed are insulted by giving them a shave instead of a haircut. They ruin dog's coat instead of enhancing it with a look. I wil NOT take even a rat to this place more less pay for the bad service they do. No wonder dogs get scared when they go to the groomers, it's people like this that work here make it difficult for the dog owners to trust groomers and make dogs not trust them. This place is HORRIBLE, I wish I could comment with NO star! read more
