We were having issues with a commercial toilet in our Business. I called Leon, as we all know this is one of the hardest services to find a good or at least a knowledgeable plumber/company, who as soon as they arrive the clock starts ticking, as far as charges, not to mention the usual trip charge, just to come out to evaluate. What a pleasant surprise, that first when I called Royalty Plumbing. 1. I wasn't put on hold or transferred to another department, or even worse someones voice mail, Leon actually answered the phone! 2. When asked regarding a trip charge , I was told , that there would not be a trip charge, period. 3. Holy cow , Leon was on time, and even took the time to call & let me know his expected time of arrival. 4. And far from last, after inspecting the issue, it was a simple fix, and get this NO CHARGE ! Leon is an honest small business man, a trait that is hard to come by these days especially from big-name companies. Leon first came to the house for a free diagnosis of a leak saturating my dining room ceiling. After 30 minutes, he thought it would be best to get a roofer out to take a look, to be as non-invasive to the ceiling as possible. While waiting on an appt with a roofer, Leon told me what to look for in case it was a plumbing issue. Sure enough, the next day I discovered what Leon told me to look for and called him back. He came over that evening, cut the least amount of the ceiling out as possible and found the problem. We then scheduled the plumbing "surgery" to occur 2 days later, on a Saturday (Doesn't charge x-tra for weekends either!). All said and done, the final charge was $95! Others wanted to charge much more to just come out and take a look where Leon made 3 trips, parts/labor for such a low amount. I will contact Leon at Royalty Plumbing whenever the need arises! read more

I then had another company quote me a price of triple the amount Leon was quoting me. Well, I had to go with Leon because I just did not have the cash the other company was quoting me... Leon is a great plumber. If you need servicing, do not call the big brands....they won't even come out without charging you a trip charge for it. Call Leon, he is a local plumber and does quality work at an honest price. He is very professional. He replaced our shower mixer valve quickly and correctly for 250.00. The company I originally called (see my reviews) wanted 4x that amount to do the same job. I would not hesitate to call Royalty Plumbing again. I haven't used him yet but he will be the FIRST person I call. We are in the process of buying an older home that revealed many plumbing issues during the home inspection. Not knowing anyone in this area, I went to Team Dave Logan to find reputable plumbers to help me out. Now, we are not the owners of this house yet. We are purchasing it from an elderly women who instead of fixing the issues, just wants us to get rough estimates on the repairs and she will take that off the purchase price. Seems fair enough. I called no less than 6 plumbing companies off the Team Dave Logan website, explained the story and asked if I could get a rough idea how much it would cost to replace a garbage disposal and repair 2 leaky faucets. First, not a single person would deal with me directly and told me Id have to have the owner call. I asked if the agent could call and they said no. Second, most of them wanted a deposit just to come out to give the homeowner an estimate. And if she decided to do the repairs, they would deduct the deposit from repairs. I told them Id pay for the repairs and asked if her deposit would come off our repairs and they said no. What the? In fact none of them would work with me. They all told me a technician would have to come estimate the job onsite as they don't charge by the hour, its per job. I even begged one person to offer me anything as I needed a rough idea so that I can proceed forward with closing escrow. NOTHING. So I find Leon on Yelp, read all his great reviews and guess what? I told him I needed a quote for the items mentioned and he gave me his price. Granted I know its a rough estimate but at least he took the time to help me out whereas all those other companies would not. Not that Team Dave Logan had anything to do with the Corporate greed of the plumbers on his site, they all missed the mark. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! To bad for them.
