It's always scary having someone come to do work on your house, but our Reinmanpro team were amazing the whole way through. I called on 6/25 to book an inspection, and they were able to come out a week later to get us set up with a quote. Mark came out to help us and I knew we were in good hands! He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed. But due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, I reluctantly canceled my appt at the last minute. Revelation was MOST gracious about my cancellation and rescheduled me for today. Jacob arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. But the best part of the experience was how sparkly clean my 45-year-old windows looked after he was done! To the owner's credit, he did respond to my concerns and sent the worker back to address the issues. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, the job still was not completed to a satisfactory standard. During the follow-up, the worker appeared frustrated which did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed. Plus- it was super easy to schedule with them even after I rescheduled my appointment at the last minute due to rain (ya I know- it nervous rains in Ca). Anyways- we were scheduled for a start time between 8 to 10. My window cleaner (totally forgot his name- my bad) got to my home 830 and quickly worked the inside and outside. He removed all the screens rinsed them out and proceeded to wash the interior, exterior and tracks of each window. He was super nice and even pet my dogs who were barking their heads off. He worked alone and was done in about 5 hours. My home is a little over 3500 Sq ft. He was pretty thorough and was very good about touching up areas I asked him to re- do. In all totally satisfied. Appointment setting was easy; service was friendly and accomodating and prices were on part with the local competition. Would totally use them again.
