Terrible experience. My estimator was Amanda. When they first received my vehicle she told me that she will be sending me messages during the repair process. I received ZERO message from her. Only messages I got were the computer generated message about the picked up time which changed 3 times. I would get a new date either on the day of or the day before pick up. I had to reach out to Amanda to find out why the delay. 10/17, trying to put it back together. 10/23, they send her a damage hood. 10/30, Ford sent the wrong grill. She had not once contact me on her own beside the first phone call, always take multiple call for a call back. Since I was getting no where with Amanda that's when I started asking for the shop manager Jake and had my insurance company involved, my agent was surprise it had been over a month and I still hadn't gotten my car back for a front end collision. When I finally got my car back on 11/7 at 5p, it was extremely dirty plus they damaged my illuminated door sill of the passenger side. They left dirt on the dash, under the hood, the screen of my infotainment was scratched and the glove box door as well, foot print on the panel, when I express my concern during pick up, Amanda had the front desk lady told me that since I been talking to Jake I will have to speak to him, she is no longer my estimator and he had left for the day, but surprisingly he walked by right when I was about to leave. Next day I found the driver side window louver was barely hanging which I fixed myself. Now, I'm experiencing wind noise on the driver side which was not there before but they claimed is from the louver, wheel hop during turn but they said is not direct impact so no alignment check. This car is my weekend car so I never had passenger therefore the passenger side WAS practically brand new. Also, I don't understand why the front splitter supposed to be brand new but it has scratches on it same for the under body, almost like they took it out and park on top of the curb type scratches lastly the hood and the bumper doesn't align right, but some mustang has the issue with the hood bumper alignment so I'm not gonna stress that even though it wasn't like that before. While they advertise returning the car to you in the pre accident condition but Jake told me that they don't clean inside the car during the night if pick up. Keep in mind that my car is a 2024, I don't expect them to detail my car but not to return it to me with it covered in dirt. I reached out to corporate spoke to Lea Diaz, she asked me to send her photos and will call me back so I did but she never reply not even after multiple messages. I got tired of dealing with them so I had my insurance company Liberty involved once again and they took care of it in a timely manner, and they finally somewhat clean under the hood and inside the car plus replaced the door sill, Jake was supposed to go on a test drive with me to check the wind noise and wheel hop when I bought it back today for the cleaning and door sill, but he said he drove it and didn't hear it nor experience the wheel hop. I have bought other cars there before and never had the issues I am having this time. I guess management has changed? read more

The service was quick, the staff was friendly, they worked with the rental car company and we didn't even have to return the car they took care of that with the company. Our 2013 Nissan rogue SUV was involved in a front end collision. Calliber Collison called to let us know our SUV was ready for pick up after completing the repairs. When we arrived, the receptionist insisted we pay for the repairs before they would bring the vehicle out. I questioned this, as I wanted to see my SUV and test drive it to ensure the repairs were satisfactory. However, the they insisted the policy was to pay for repairs and only then would our vehicle be brought to us. We felt more at ease when the mechanic came out and assured us that all the damage sustained from the car accident was "completely repaired" and "it's good to go". When he drove our SUV to the front, it infact did appear to be repaired......at least superficially. the body work to the outside did look complete and satisfactory . I was shocked and disappointed when less than 1/4 mile after leaving calliber collision, I felt a pop and heard metallic grinding noise and was terrified.I t truly felt like something was going to fall out of the bottom of the vehicle.l tThe vehile was not fixed properly it is not even safe to drive on the street . and they still give it back to us after paying more than $5000 For repairs. Number one. The driver side outer CV joint rubber boot is leaking grease from the outer clamp from the car accident. Number 2. The Car alignment was not done properly or doubtfully at all.the car steers to the right, which had never been an issue prior to the accident. Number 3. when you drive the SUV the front passenger side suspension bottoms out when you hit a speed bump or even attempt a basic turn. Number 4. when you turn right or left the rear passenger wheel makes a loud grinding popping noise. After our horrifying experience driving our vehicle the the mere 0.5 mile from their shop to our hone, we immediately called and spoke with the mechanic, who assured us all repairs were complete and it was safe to drive. I was shocked that he was now stating the noises I was hearing must have existed before the car Accident . He went on to urge us to "get it looked at asap" but added, " you would need you to pay for additional repairs." Keep in mind, prior to the accident, We drove this vehicle everyday to drop our 3 Beautiful kids at daycare, two of which are toddlers and we never had these issues before the accident . As Parents, if we did we would have fixed it right away because we we routinely drive our kids in this family vehicle and take the safety of our kids very seriously. Bottom line and cautionary tale to other families out there: Caliber collision gave us a UNSAFE vehicle, which they claimed had been Fixed after paying them more thanfor $5000 for repairs. I would highly not recommend this non caring auto shop. I was in danger with my vehicle and had to bring it back to the shop since they let me drive off with a damaged vehicle. I have two young kids and I'm just so thankful we didn't get hurt driving my car after I had trusted them with my repairs. They also returned my vehicle with a dead battery and told me I was good to drive it home. My vehicle cut off on the highway while I was driving in while I was doing 75 mph. I have called the shop numerous times to get an update and have still yet to hear from anyone. Overall my experience has been horrific! read more

We really couldn't be happier with the service we received. We took our car in to have it repaired after a minor fender bender and decided to pay out of pocket rather than go through insurance. We made an appointment for an initial review and estimate. We scheduled the repair work to begin while we were out of town. After pulling away the bumper and further investigating, they informed us that the damage was more significant than was visible from the outside. They sent another estimate and revised the timeline. We received regular texts and calls updating us on the status of the repair, which they met spot on. The car came back fully repaired and looking like new. I have no way of knowing of what we paid was reasonable compared to other places, but the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff were well worth what we paid. I had a fender bender recently and picked Caliber Collision, a preferred vendor for Liberty Mutual. I worked with Todd from the Mountain Road location. He personally delivered my rental, and followed through on the body work as it proceeded. My Ford Edge never looked this good! Caliber did a great job with the repairs, and they provide a lifetime national warranty on the work! I would definitely use them again. If it were possible to give Todd a thousand stars, I would. I was impressed by how incredibly friendly and helpful every member of the staff was, and how efficiently and clearly they communicate with clients, both by phone and via text. We had damage to our vehicle from the hail storm at the end of September 2016. We decided to use Caliber Collision because they were on the preferred body shop list with our insurance company. It was so convenient having a satellite Enterprise office at the body shop as well. The whole process was great! The staff that I dealt with were very kind and knowledgeable. They found more damage than the insurance adjuster did and they dealt directly with insurance company, zero headaches for me! They did great work and finished the vehicle when promised. From the beginning until completion they kept us updated on the progress of our repair every step of the way. We LOVED the text message they send every few days to keep you updated on your car. That was just one more thing for me to do calling and checking on how things were going. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and listened to exactly what you wanted. We paid out of pocket, so we didn't run this thru our insurance company. We got 3 estimates and they were the best there,too! Great, amazing & wow!!! Just 3 of the first words that come to mind when I think of my Caliber Collision Glen Allen experience. We were the front car in a 3 car collision, 4 hours away from home, while going on a short weekend trip. My brand new 4 month old car received extensive damage. After returning from our weekend vacation, we had to pick a shop to take my Rogue. I Googled the shops my insurance recommended and this was the first one that had great reviews. From Agnes calling to let me know my car had just arrived to Chris giving me weekly updates, to Kurt and all the autobody technicians, everyone was GREAT!!!! Caliber Collision did great work on my car with great customer service! The repair they did looks great, they even did some extra work that I'm so happy with! The repair didn't take long at all, and when I asked if it could be finished a couple days early, it was finished on the date I asked.
