My 2018 Camry was having intermittent electrical issues, so I took it to Lou Fusz, where I had purchased it. A couple hundred dollars worth of "diagnostic work" lead them to recommend $2000 worth of replacement parts, fluids and labor, none of which addressed any electrical issues. After that nightmare, I called Precision Import Auto, and, over the phone, they not only had a theory for what was going wrong, they actually recommended that I take my car somewhere else because they didn't have the equipment to deal with that specific part, rather than have me come in and charge me for diagnostics when they knew there was a good chance they wouldn't be able to fix it.

Even after returning to have it "corrected," the issue was never properly fixed. Within a few thousand miles, my vehicle developed severe inner tire wear, clearly indicating improper alignment or suspension work. When I returned, Dobbs denied responsibility and told me to replace the tires at my expense. The most troubling part came when I contacted my extended warranty company and learned Dobbs had submitted warranty claim paperwork containing my signature -- which I never signed or authorized. I was never informed that a claim was filed in my name. This experience has resulted in financial loss, safety concerns, and ongoing disputes with both the shop and my warranty provider. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution before trusting this location with repairs or warranty claims.
