Currently, they have an initiative where the order total can be rounded up and the proceeds go to Thanksgiving food baskets for local folks. They keep a daily total and post it on the front window. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. The lines at the registers are never long.

Instead, you'll find them shooting the shit tucked in the corner snacking on deli meats and cheeses. After multiple minutes waiting, One will come and ask if you've been helped because it's not obvious enough that I'm standing there alone, staring at them and no one has lifted a finger. This deli has to be the penalty box for Bow St workers because they all act like they're in a cage waiting to be let out and want absolutely NOTHING to do with patrons. They'll literally let meat roll off the slicer into a bag that ultimately falls apart when trying to remove a slice. Today, I got home to find a half pound of turkey ends.
