And though we've enjoyed many of their outstanding meat cuts, a variety of local items they carry and their full liquor selections, I've come to Yelp today to sing the praises of their store made smoked salmon salad with salmon supplied from Maine's Duck Trap fisheries. This salad is first of all salmony, appropriately salty, chunky, and filled with tiny bits of red onion and celery and just enough mayo to hold it together. What a great find at this fun to shop at market. I eat it on Triscuits, corn chips, baby carrots, or to be embarrassingly honest...from my finger. I love it when I discover something previously unknown to me. And though I have been eating smoked salmon, lox/Nova since early childhood, I am so happy to have recently found this.
