    My experience with Roy's was great. I was looking to purchase a new sectional couch for my new home; and wanted to shop small. I lived around the corner from Roy's for a few years and finally decided to stop in, and I'm super happy I did. They have a large showroom with a ton of options to really make the pieces your own. We were able to pick out our fabrics from over hundreds of options, allowing us to pick out the couch of our dreams. The sales reps were helpful, but not pushy- which is something I always appreciate. The couch arrived on time, and they made delivery a breeze. I'm so happy with my new furniture and I'll definitely Be coming back to look for other times for my new place!

    My 2nd big purchase from Roy's arrived today - a platform bed with an upholstered base and headboard - I love the detailing on this piece and the gorgeous fabric! The delivery folks were both professional and kind, and got my new treasure assembled in no time! Here it is, it all set up with the new mattress and bedding! Thank you, Mark for helping me with the sale and the delivery logistics!

    January 30, 2021: I ordered a couch. The sales associate, Mark, was very friendly and helpful. The couch was a custom order and would take longer than usual due to COVID-related delays. I was told it would be delivered right after the Fourth of July. I said that was fine, completed my purchase, and walked out of the store completely oblivious to the cluster that was yet to unravel. July 3: I emailed Mark for a status update as I had not yet heard anything about scheduling the delivery. July 7: Mark emailed me and said the factory was experiencing a foam shortage and the delivery window had been pushed to mid-August. He promised to email me in early August with an update. August 20: I emailed Mark for an update as I had not heard back from him or from anyone else at Roy's. August 24: Mark emailed me back and said the delivery was now expected in mid-September due to the foam shortage. He promised to email the factory the following week and get back to me with an update. October 2: I emailed Mark again, as he never got back to me in early September, or at any time in September, for that matter. Mark never emailed me back after several additional attempts to contact him. October 11: I emailed Roy's general customer service address asking for an update and letting them know Mark had stopped replying to my emails. October 12: I received an email from another Roy's employee, Jillian. Quoting the email directly, she said, "I confirmed your order is on our next truck which is scheduled as of today to arrive around the end of this month." November 10: I emailed Jillian again as I had yet to hear anything about my couch. She emailed back, and I quote: "Looks like your sofa is on our next truck, should be here within a couple weeks." I emailed back, having SERIOUSLY reached my limit with these people, because that is basically the same reply I got from her a month ago. I would include her reply here, but it was complete BS. November 11: Angry and still couchless for nearly 10 months, I wrote the first version of this Yelp review and urged my fellow Yelpers to never, EVER shop at Roy's. I also promised to edit and update the review when and if I ever received my couch. ADDITIONAL UPDATES (believe it or not, it gets worse) November 11: Literally 10 minutes after I posted this review, I received a phone call and email from Jillian. She was very nice and apologetic. She also told me my couch should arrive the following week, and that she would call me on Tuesday to arrange delivery. November 15: A day earlier than she had promised, Jillian called me to tell me my couch was in and that I could schedule the delivery.  November 16: The couch was delivered and was lovely. The two men who delivered it were fast, professional, and nice. (They also gave me a coupon for 10% off my next order that expired in August 2021. Oh, the irony.) I also received a follow-up call from another manager at Roy's to make sure all my concerns had been addressed, which I appreciated. November 19: Less than 72 hours after receiving the couch, I noticed both main cushions were warping. There was a strange line visible on the fabric in certain places, and the cushions felt uneven (see photos). I unzipped the cushions and saw that this is being caused by a fabric insert on top of the foam that doesn't extend across the full length of the cushions. I emailed Jillian, who got back to me right away and said she would order two new cushions for me at no charge and would follow up with me the next week about delivery. November 23: I received a call from someone at Roy's I'd never spoken to before claiming to be from the accounting department who was EXTREMELY rude and said they would not replace the cushions as they promised to do last week because I have been "Yelping about my experience and bullying them on the Internet." She said they would come to my house and "retrieve their order" and THEN issue me a full refund. Like I would trust these people to give me my money back AFTER taking the couch or even let them into my house after all this?! Also, I already got rid of my old couch, so I'm screwed. I once again asked for the new cushions I had been promised by Jillian and was told no. What?! I admit that at this point in the conversation I dropped one F-bomb, but I am super proud of myself for not having done so before during the past 10 months. And I guess I am now stuck with a defective couch, which I will order new foam for myself rather than deal with this horrible store anymore. BOTTOM LINE: Stay far, FAR away from Roy's! One of my best friends had a very similar experience with this store as I was going through my ordeal, and if you read other Yelp reviews, you will see we are not alone. I had heard great things about Roy's pre-pandemic, but am absolutely appalled by not only the ridiculous delivery delay and quality control issues, but the complete lack of customer service.

    Howdy yelp, welcome to the review of my couch purchasing adventure from Roy's Furniture. If you'd prefer not reading through, I'll put it here succinctly: buy your furniture here and you'll receive outstanding customer service for furniture that follows suit within the time they quote. Jared was the person I spoke to from day 1 and he was such wonderful help! He is extremely knowledgeable, offered terrific advice, and wasn't pushy at all. Purchasing from him felt more like I was chatting with a friend than a salesperson, which was a terrific introduction to the entire chapter of obtaining my couch. Speaking of the couch - IT IS ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE!!!! Its fabric is aesthetically enticing and enchanting to the touch, and its cushion, which is nothing less than lovely, encourages a nice conversation amongst a group of friends, a snuggle with a significant other, or a pleasantly deep snooze, day or night. The two large matching pillows are notably comfy to hug, lean or, or rest your head upon, and the faux llama fur kidney pillow is a downright delight. The quote time was met (quoted 10-14 weeks because of covid-19, arrived within the 13th) and 100% worth the wait. Because of my apartment complex's structure, it was necessary to send the couch to a third party to disassemble, deliver, and reassemble it in my apartment (this was disclosed initially and the third party team was astute and efficient). This couch is magnificent, and I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to add to their home: go to Roy's. You will not be disappointed. I've written this review whilst sitting upon my remarkably comfortable couch. I don't generally write reviews - in fact, I can't remember the last time I have. However, it felt necessary to publicly remark on the astounding service, quality, and delivery of the couch I purchased from Roy's Furniture. My experience exceeds all expectations in every respect, and makes my home feel so much more like 'home'. I couldn't be happier, and there isn't a sliver of doubt in my mind that you will feel the same if you begin your furniture purchasing adventure here.

    Roy's is the best! The sales team is helpful, but also gives you space unlike other furniture stores. They also offer delivery and assembly.

    Hours on the door clearly say open at 10am. Doors were all locked. Not a holiday weekend or anything. Ridiculous.

    I had a Kilim carpet bag which needed repair. It wasn't in an obvious spot (under the main flap)…read morebut I knew it would worsen and denigrate the bag over time if not addressed. I went to Tribal Looms for advice and perspective remedies. The elderly man who seems to run the shop was honest. He stated that he most likely could not replicate the weave but could stop further damage.That was my goal. I agreed to the price and left my bag. I was told that it should be ready about a week after our evaluation and discussion. Approximately 3 days later I received a voicemail from a woman "concerning my bag". I called back (assuming it was regarding the fact that they couldn't repair my bag-- due to the timeline of the response.) The next day I received a message from the same woman urging me to pick up my bag because the work had been completed. I called for a week-- trying to arrange a pick-up time. We finally connected and met again in person. This appears to be a small, specialized, family business. Hours are general and vary upon workload or appointment. Upon arranging and picking up my bag, the work and craftsmanship was AMAZING. Although my expectation after our discussion was a basic stop gap (can't replicate the weave but can prevent further damage)-- he went above and beyond to replicate the pattern and prevent further harm. His craftsman shift was spectacular! I would FULLY give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the ambiguous hours and lack of response.

Working with Lazar and Kamal is a wonderful experience. No pressure but they worked to find us what we wanted. If you are looking for an Oriental rug Caspian Rugs has a great selection. They all carry more modern rugs, but that isn't our interest so I can't comment on that. However, before trying anywhere else, give Caspian Rugs a visit. The quality, service, selection and pricing can't be beat.

    Was in the market for Persian rugs to replace three I currently have…read more Went in looking for rugs of three different sizes to replace current ones that are a bit worn. I was assisted by two men, who insisted that central Asian rugs were the most popular (perhaps so, if one isn't willing to spend $$$ on a Persian rug). However, I asked only to see their finest rugs (Persian Isfahan, Tabriz, or Qum origins), as all the rugs in my home are traditional/fine Persian rugs. After getting the run-around for 25min, the men finally conceded that they have mostly central Asian and Eastern rugs, which I did not wish for. If you're interested in Far Eastern rugs, this store has plenty. There were only two Persian rugs that they had to show: a 12' x 10' and a 14' runner, both too small and humdrum. Went to Isberian immediately after, and found a trove of fine and traditional Persian rugs for my home. While I didn't find what I was looking for at Caspian, they do have a vast variety of rugs at reasonable prices.
