The whole dish should be hot. We also order a side dish of Romaine dipping spears, but it was bazaar and overpriced. It was basically a head of Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. There were two anchovies on the side with a few pickled onions and a lot of shredded parmigiana cheese and two bread sticks. It was so odd...
