I went Saturday to get my alignment, he told me he couldn't do it Saturday but to come bck today at 5pm and they could do it. I headed there and called to verify I could be seen, they told me they can't do it today because they close in an hour. I explained I was told to come bck today at 5 and I took off early to make it there.. he told me to come in the morning I told him I can't do that because I work. He told me that I could come tomorrow after 5 which doesn't make sense if he's telling me they can't do it today at 5 because they close at 6.. so he told me to make it easier on the both of us to just request a refund from Groupon. When he should've just assisted me since I was told in person to come back today at 5. They should've never told me that if they knew they wouldn't be able to assist me 1 hour before closing. Then to tell me to come back the next day after 5 is crazy. 0 fucking stars DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wouldn't have taken but maybe 30 minutes to do my alignment. Then told me to make an appointment when I did that Saturday and never got confirmation so I just pulled up(first mistake). But the mechanic there told me he would help me today. But today I had an appointment placed the appointment three days in advance was confirmed pulled up at 9:30 am today September 5, 2025. Horrible experience. I found a Groupon for an alignment and balance for $50. They had my car this past Saturday for maybe 15 minutes and said it was all done. I was skeptical, but the lady taking my money had seemed honest and nice the whole time. So I trusted her. They said they also checked my tires and said I didn't need a rotation and that my tires were good. Not even ten minutes later I was on the highway and my car was shaking just as bad as it was before I asked them to do the alignment and balance. I am convinced they didn't even touch my car, besides to drive it to the shop next door to "balance" it w their machine. I would go get my money back, but I live out of town. Now i have to go pay for this service at another place. Complete waste of time AND money. I highly suggest staying away from this place!!! read more

Do not take your car here. Took my car in for brakes, front and back pads and rotors. I paid for both, only the front was done. They left a screw out of one and it damaged everything. I had to replace everything. Did not know this was happening, in the meantime I took my car to them for a starter. They did not connect the bumper back on correctly and it came off going down the road, had to get a new bumper. Beware of this place. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to share my experience. If you're looking for reliable and friendly service, avoid this place. I went in on a Monday afternoon for an oil change after not being helped on Saturday because I hadn't booked an appointment. The manager, a short guy, was incredibly rude. He told me he'd prioritize others who also hadn't booked appointments but arrived before me. I explained that I drove a long distance specifically for my appointment, and he responded that he didn't care, even if I had driven from Mexico. After some back-and-forth, I asked for my keys, but he got angry and, along with some of his idiot coworkers, acted aggressively, and wanted to fight me. The address on Groupon was the old location so when I got there I had to read their sign with the new address which was only 2/3 min down the road.. staff was friendly and responsive. They told me I had a 30 min wait but got it me out in exactly 18 minutes even with all the cars they had to work on. Air conditioner in the waiting area was nice. read more

The store front is pretty nondescript, but everything else is top notch. The employees I came into contact with were friendly & informative. Carlos was who I primarily dealt with...good dude. They were fairly busy but I was in & out with my tire alignment in less than 1hr. Very reasonable price (Groupon match). They provided me with a quote for a strut repair that needs to be done, no pressure to do it right then, and again it appears to be a reasonable price so I will likely return. read more

Abas Auto Repair/Falak are bait and switch, unethical mechanics. I bought a Groupon for this shop for a Full-Synthetic Oil Change Service. After I handed over my key, thy told me I needed to pay $15 additional because the oil change service doesn't include an oil filter. Right. When I first arrived to the shop, before they ripped me off, I asked them to give me an estimate for a brake job also. After they ripped me off, I told them I didn't know where my wheel lock key was so they couldn't take the wheels off to give me an estimate. I wouldn't trust this shop with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and certainly not my brakes because they're unethical. Please, please, please heed my warning and choose an ethical shop. read more

I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change, and the service was very quick. I had to pay an extra $15 for the filter, but it's still worth it when you compare pricing for full synthetic with other places. I was also having trouble with my battery, they did some quick tightening and they cleaned it up for me - they did not try to hustle me for a quick fix which I appreciate - now I'm good as new. I was in contact with this dealer for almost a week. The specific car I wanted they had sent to auction. I talked the dealer into pulling the car out of the auction as I was driving up there from my home in OKlahoma about 3 1/2 hours away. I was going to put the money into the owners account on my way up there so he knew he was getting his money because I really wanted that car. Well I was in contact with either the owner David or his secretary the whole way up there. About 30 minutes before I arrived as I was driving thru Dallas traffic I got a voicemail from them that said OH btw I sold it. They did offer to go to auction and get me something from auction and I would pay that price but there was really nothing he showed me that was comparable with the one that I wanted originally. The owner told me that someone offered him more money thats why he sold it to them. The owners brother lied and said that one of his salesman did not know it was there for me to pickup. I understand business is business but 0 customer loyalty, 0 respect because they had me drive all the way up there and I ended up having to get a hotel room that night and stay the night looking for another car. I did find another car. I did end up paying 1200 less then what I was planning and I got just as nice of a car if not nicer. So I guess I should say thank you to them for screwing me over but to others I say dont waste your time or energy. They are just in it to make a quick buck. They really dont care what kind of relationship they have with their customers. The owners brother offered to sell me a vehicle that he had already sold to another person.
