History

We started our business in 2011. We started out helping businesses with SEO. The thing we found was that businesses spent thousands of dollars to get found in the search results only to discover that when a prospective customer found them, their negative reputation caused the prospect to call a competitor with a positive reputation instead. We then realized it was best to help business build their 5 star reputation first then market that reputation to get more customers. We now specialize in helping a business build their reputation. This is much different than all of the reputation monitoring services out there. You don't make money managing you make money marketing. We market a businesses 5 star reputation to help the business get more customers. A businesses online reputation is really just word of mouth but on steroids.
