I gave them a call, Erik set up a time and showed up ON TIME. I didn't have to wait for a 12 hour window for him to show up. He went over all my options. I really enjoyed his no pressure approach. He just laid out the different packages, I chose the one that best fit my needs and he got to work setting everything up. He made sure to clean up when he was done. He did a fantastic job. I've had zero issues with any equipment. If you are looking to get your home professionally set up with satellite, don't go with one of the "Big Guys" go with the Good Guy. Erik is awesome! The reseller at least in Bryson City NC has even been left in the dark about when or what is being done to fix the problem PLUS she has gone out of her way to get answers from them but she to has not had success. I was a nurse for over 40 years and I can assure you this is NOT A PROFESSIONAL way for a company to deal with a problem. You don't just shutdown your phones, not answer emails, continue to CHARGE credit cards but not provide service or technical support. I am no attorney but I believe this falls under "FRAUD" if you charge someone's credit card but do not provide the goods.!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Customer service online does not count as they read from a script and are not allowed to make any decisions on their own. I've been with CenturyLink for many years and recently moved in to an apartment that provides their own Internet. I went online (because you can't talk to anybody in person) to cancel my account. I was told that, because I was two days past the cut off date for billing, I would have to pay the entire month - despite not using their service - plus the new increase of $5 (so $80!) added this month.
