They've been life savers for gifts on the go: easy hostess gifts, something to bring to a dinner, or a special birthday present for that person who has everything. The gift wrap is my favorite part, nothing compares to being the one with the present that is so beautifully wrapped you don't even want to open it! Gina and Stephanie are always helpful in picking out something when I don't even know what I'm looking for. And the best part is you can call ahead, ask for a gift idea based on occasion and price range, and they'll take care of the rest! RSVP designed so many things for our wedding, where do I even start -- save the dates, invitations, menus, programs, church pew reserved signs, beignet bags, cocktail napkins, seating chart, etc! Gina was wonderful to work with and Elan who does alot of the behind the scenes designing was really creative and very prompt to reply to me. What I appreciate most is that there are no crazy ideas or cookie cutter options -- everything is so unique and if you can imagine it, Gina will find a way! The special touches they helped me create for our wedding were so memorable. I can't wait to work with Gina on future projects, I wouldn't get paper accessories anywhere else! Also, their store is really, really beautiful. My mom and I shopped pretty much everytime we went in to look at proofs or pick up wedding accessories, ha! RSVP puts together all of our corporate gift baskets for the holidays and special occassions. They do such a beautiful job that one of the recipients of our gift basket, who lives in San Diego, uses RSVP in Fresno for all of their gifting needs now as well. The invitations are decent but they need to work on their customer service. It doesn't feel like they gave our wedding invitations urgency despite our situation. About 2 months for a proof that was assembled the morning of our showing, and almost a week to create a leaflet that was simply to modify the bridal party list. This delayed our Invitations even further. We got some attitude also when it came to picking these up. They said that the leaflets were ready but didn't call to let us know. Mind you, we called every day to ask for a status update. I'll say they have a good product, and it comes at a price, but it didn't seem like they were willing to rush the orders nor accommodate anyone with a short timeline. I mean, I'm sure they have a process but, it felt like they were not willing to modify that process in any shape or form. They weren't willing to go beyond what their norm and only build the order according to their timeline and no one elses. The attendants are nice until you complicate your order. I mean what do you expect. You make a proof that takes long to make and then there is barely any wiggle room to modify if you don't like a product that you are paying thousands of dollars for. They did not provide the service I was expecting for the amount we paid. They need to modify their service from one that doesn't view customer as inconveniences but, to one that caters to their customers and focuses on the satisfaction of their customers. Exceptional, creative, prompt, top-notch, warm, and welcoming. I could add may more positive descriptors for Gina and her staff with all they have done over the years for myself and family. Beautiful invitations that get great compliments from guests, gifts for various occasions (wrapped meticulously), and even mailing care packages to our daughter attending school out of state. I can call on Gina for literally anything, even referrals to services outside of the Pallatine Building (although so much is available right there!). My fiancé and I spent a considerable amount of time searching for the perfect wedding invitations. We searched several online companies, contacted a couple of local invitation designers, but no one had anything that stood out to us. I came across RSVP and when I contacted them to schedule a consultation they were super accommodating of our work schedules. They have an enormous selection of invitations, and I quickly found one that I loved. We placed our order with about three months in anticipating of our wedding date, which placed us in a bit of a time restraint. We received our invitations with a beautiful foil-pressed, custom-made monogram crest in approximately two weeks, much quicker than anticipated. We also ordered matching stationary and we could not have been more pleased. Not only were they gorgeous, but also amazing quality!! Do they do beautiful invitations? Yes they do. Do they have unique, one of a kind, gorgeous things in their store? Yes they do. Their customer service, however, is terrible. The girls/ daughters who work here are not very polite. I don't expect to have a conversation with you & become your best friend and I understand you're running a business, a very successful one, but smile for 30 seconds of your life and be friendly. I also happen to notice when I was in their store they didn't pay much attention to me or ask if I was looking for anything in particular. However, miss glamorous, fat diamond wearing, blinged out 35 year old super model mom comes in with her YSL bag, Christian Louboutins, fat diamond ring and the girls drop everything they are doing. I'm assuming she was a regular because they knew her name and we're embarrassingly kissing her ass. It is safe to assume this woman was rich. Treat people equally- not everyone wears their money. read more
