I was in Englewood for a funeral and the morning of, I came out to a flat tire. I took it across the parking lot to Martin and explained my problem. He had the tire, which had a cut in it, replaced with my spare. I had to get another tire to replace and I asked him if I should by 2 tires but he told me no, just the one. After the funeral, I dropped the car back off and in a few hours the new tire was placed on the car and the spare back. I was from out of town and I would highly recommend them for the helpfulness and their honesty. Thank you Martin for taking a very stressful day and turning it into so much less. read more

(First Time Customer) Although people praise this place, the owner's (Hong-Hee (Martin) Jang) business practices for billing were arbitrary, suspicious, and unlawful with respect to the service I was quoted, paid for, and provided. Specifically, the owner quoted me $65.00 to check the AC system in my vehicle. The subject returned and stated that the vehicle did not have Freon, so I had to pay $202.73 to add Freon - which is not that expensive and takes -15 minutes. When questioned, the subject hesitated and said it cost $65.00 to add Freon, which is part of the AC system check elsewhere, where I was quoted $80.00 (moderate-price shop) and $115.00 (upper-price shop) for the same service. A con artist is just that: a con artist and that is what this guy appears to be. Because the owner is spinning people with a smile, such has no relevance. In this instant matter, I was not even dignified with good customer service or transparency. To make things worse, I was not given an itemized bill upon payment, as Maryland law requires. I further did not like how the subject spoke to me: " Make sure you don't miss your next appointment." I am not sure who the subject thought he was talking to. I am the customer, and no one should ever speak to a customer like that. I was a first-time customer; that individual had obviously lost his mind through the exhibition of unprofessionalism. This place is amazing. Great vibes and just filled with laughter. Me and my husband started with man crush and coors. Appetizer we had steamed shrimp and onion and it was magnificent. Not over seasoned not too much onion just the right amount. Entrees my husband had wings with fries he said was done perfectly and I had a patty melt which was nice and Juicey. Then ended it with dessert which was cast iron cookie forgot the pictures of food but got the drinks lol read more

Extremely unsatisfied with their service. The mechanic treated me very unprofessional and asked me to remove the tire off of my trailer myself to be able to repair. Martin fixed my mom's 2006 Chevrolet today. The car now runs great and the prices were reasonable. It is important that my mom has a reliable car as she regularly travels to Baltimore. On my way to visit family in Delaware a few days ago I had a car emergency. I was on 95 in Maryland and lucky enough to drive off exit 77 with lights flashing/alarm blaring and found Rt 24 Auto Service near three gas stations/food marts.
