I was definitely upset, because I've been going to Mr. Sanders, (and only Mr. Sanders) for almost 20 years and developed a good rapport and trust. I was very reluctant to deal with Mr. Louis, as to the fact that I did not know him, or trust him, so I did, given that I trusted Mr. Sanders to relinquish his establish to another mechanic, whom I figured should be just as good and trustworthy as he. It took awhile for me to trust the new owners, but, I did eventually, and have nothing but the same good things to say. Mr. Louis has integrity, professionalism and honor. He is not out to get over on you and has proved that to me. I've always had those types of issues with mechanics, until I was referred to Mr. Sanders, now Mr. Louis. I always ask him, Is there anything that I need to pay attention to, concerning my vehicle, and it was always No, until the one time, it was Yes, and that Yes, advised me that I needed struts. I got the struts done shortly after, because I trusted Mr. Louis word and recommendation. It was a rocky start for me in the beginning, and he understood. Instead of replacing everything unnecessarily, he was able to reuse my existing connector hose, which saved me a good amount of money without compromising the quality of the repair. It's refreshing to find a shop that's focused on doing what's best for the customer rather than upselling parts that aren't needed. Their pricing was outstanding--very fair and significantly more competitive than the other shops I contacted for quotes. On top of that, Siwan was fantastic with communication. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and was able to get me scheduled for an appointment much sooner than I expected. I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone…read more My vehicle was here for over 3 months (since December 18, 2025) for front-end/radiator damage and a no-start issue. From the beginning, I was told over and over that my car would be ready "tomorrow," but that day never came. Every time I called, I got a different excuse and no real answers. What's even worse is that they later admitted my car had been pushed around the shop the entire time it was there. The vehicle never cranked once while in their possession, which means they never had it in a condition to properly diagnose anything. Despite that, they still claimed they tested it and told me I needed a new engine, which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of being honest that they could not get the car started or properly diagnose it, they kept my vehicle for months, gave me the runaround, and then tried to push a costly engine replacement. When I had my own mechanic inspect the car, I discovered ignition coils were missing and connectors were unplugged -- the car was not even fully reassembled. A vehicle in that condition cannot be accurately diagnosed, and it explains why they were unable to start it in the first place. After removing my vehicle, they admitted they did not have the missing parts that were originally on my car. That is completely unacceptable. I also paid $3,500 out-of-pocket, and my car was still not running. Meanwhile, they had no problem quickly taking and completing the insurance-paid portion of the work, but failed to address the main issue. To make matters worse, my vehicle was ransacked while in their possession, and personal items including credit cards were used without authorization. This raises serious concerns about how they secure customers' vehicles. At the end of the day, this is an auto body shop, not a mechanical repair shop, and it shows. If they can't even properly get a car started to diagnose it and instead push it around for months you definitely should not trust them with major repairs like an engine. Go else where they don't know what they are doing and will take your money SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! A lot of the reviews on google are fake and they make sure to do right the first time get a review and do you dirty next. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.
