They will damage other things in the promise of "fixing" something. They won't follow any safety protocols or health standards. They literally through all caution to the wind. They will purposely cut every single corner so don't be surprised if you have to call them back after every project because of their lack of workmanship and ethics. You get what you pay for. They failed to cover freshly built walls with blankets in freezing weather, they used incorrect waterproofer that did not dry for weeks. They missed right angles between walls (20 ft wall was 4 inchesoff target). At the end, they spread the soil over my back yard(to save on trucking costs), did not brace the walls while backfilling, and walls cracked. One fell down completely. After that, Mark said that he had to be paid more to "continue working". We never saw him since.
