Couldn't this be done the same day, or on the spot like at all the other tile retailers? It took them 4 days to email the response. When we came back to drop off the tiles, there was a different sales person, but with the same attitude. We waited and waited, and then finally just returned the samples to the big table. They couldn't be bothered with us. What a shame. Tile is tile. You can get the same tile at a big box store, a boutique retailer, or a strip mall. But customer service is not something to skip in this type of business. Shame on the management for not encouraging their employees to provide better service. It's not that difficult, really.
