Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

Thanks to some knucklehead executing an illegal left turn into my driver's side door, I didn't have a whole lot of choice other than to find a body shop. My insurance company directed me to Auto Body World. So off I went. I was impressed upon pulling into the parking lot. The place was clean, and staffed by friendly, helpful and downright cordial people. They made a stressful, generally painful experience as good as it could be. There is an Enterprise Rental Car outlet right in the shop and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Several days later (and 4 days earlier than promised!) I got a call that the car would be ready that afternoon. The bodywork was flawless. Paint was matched perfectly, window retint was an exact match. Everything looked great. Except one minor piece of damaged trim was not replaced. As soon as I pointed this out, the manager agreed that it should have been replaced and I had an appointment to bring the car back in. That's a bit of a drag and keeps Auto Body World from getting a coveted fifth star. But at least there was no hassle what-so-ever getting the additional work done. And they genuinely felt bad about missing this. But other than that one minor thing, they did very high quality work, in a clean, friendly and professional atmosphere. Needing a body shop sucks. But if you have to use one, I don't think you'll go wrong with Auto Body World.

We had small parking lot damage to the rear quarter panel of our 2006 Audi A6, and I couldn't stand to look at it anymore. We called our insurance company which directed us to this business. I received a phone call about an hour after getting off the phone with my insurance company asking if I would like to bring the car in that afternoon for an estimate. So I brought it in, and a very nice adjuster came out, took some pictures, and told me it'd be 15 minutes. And it was. I decided to go ahead and go with this business. So far, my experience had been good. I brought the car in the following Wednesday, and was told it would be done by Monday. On Thursday, I got a call late in the day that they were waiting on a part and it would be done at the latest on Tuesday. No problem--the adjuster had told me ahead of time that the part was likely going to be necessary. So far so good, no surprises. Come Tuesday, I get a phone call at 5:00pm letting me know our car was done. As I couldn't get there right away, I asked if I could show up at 5:30pm to pick it up. Again, no problem. They closed at 5:30, but he would wait for me. I arrived, he spent about 15 minutes helping me understand the repair work, taking payment, and making sure that I understood the lifetime warranty, the nationwide coverage, etc. It was dark at this time, so I couldn't really inspect the car well. We got the car home and next day I inspected it. You'd never know. The paint job was an exact match, and the dents were not detectable at all. My wife says you can see on the bumper where the scratch had been, but I could not. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work at Auto Body World. Oh, and the final price was just $25.00 more than the original adjuster estimate. Again, very happy with the work and happy with the price.
