I brought my car in to have the old wrap removed, and before coming here, I had spoken with a few other shops that warned me there could be paint damage underneath and that I might need additional paint correction afterward. That honestly made me pretty hesitant and worried about removing the wrap. Innovative Wrap did an amazing job. Once the wrap was removed, my car looked great and the paint was in excellent condition. I didn't need to spend extra money on paint correction or any other unnecessary work. They were honest, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out most is Steve himself -- down to earth, genuinely knowledgeable (especially on shocks/suspension), and not once did I feel like I was being upsold. He cared about actually solving the problem, not just closing the ticket. You can tell he's into these vehicles and wants to be a real resource for the local off-road/overland community, not just another shop. This is going to be my go-to shop from here on out. This review simply doesn't do justice on what Richard and his team has done for me. The knowledge and expertise Richard has is beyond the scope compared to anywhere else. As an enthusiast myself, I aim for perfection, just like how Richard does. Richard advises me on certain things that I was not aware of, leading my car and build to its perfect self. Initially, I went to RTM to get my springs installed and not only such true professionalism was showed, but really catered to me personally and felt like I was a friend rather than a nameless customer. I was referred by many people and there is a reason why RTM gets many referrals; you won't find another place that offers true expertise and professionalism with Euro cars and builds. After that, I started going to RTM and Richard for every possible reason if issues were to arise and he always took great care of me. I even personally recommended my friend to visit him and she had an amazing time from RTM and the team. Compared to the work Richard provides, his quote is extremely reasonable and pricing is definitely affordable compared to other shops who has a fixed quote or higher quote but doesn't nearly get the job done like how RTM does. LOVE RTM!! Richard is the best when it comes to body work and regular maintenance. I first brought my car in for some work on the side door from an accident. The door was scraped and dented in really badly. Richard did the repairs quickly and the door looks as good as new. He was able to get that ugly dent out and match the original paint color. It's like the accident never happened. On top of all that amazing work, the price was right. It was significantly cheaper than what other garages and collision shops were quoting. After that initial visit, I brought in my mom's van to get a second opinion on what the dealer was pushing us to have done to the van. They were piling on the services and exaggerating the problem. When I brought up the issue with Richard, he looked over the car and took it for a test drive. He honestly told us that the rotors were still perfectly fine and the issue could be solved with a quick change of the brake pads. Totally saved us over $1000 if we had done what the dealer was trying to push. Bringing our cars into RTM guarantees that the problem will be assessed efficiently and accurately. Richard always gives you the best price and your car will be ready ASAP. RTM has become our family auto repair shop. read more

I had a wonderful experience with RTMotorworks and cannot recommend them highly enough. After receiving an absolutely outrageous repair estimate from another shop for work needed on my GL450, I decided to get a second opinion and presented the exact same issues to the team at RTM. Not only did they accurately diagnose the vehicle, but they were able to completely fix the issues for a fraction of the cost I was originally quoted. On top of the incredible savings, they completed the repairs in a very reasonable timeframe and kept me updated throughout the process. Story time It was a Saturday night out celebrating a friend's birthday. I'm on the 210 West heading back home when tragedy struck. Saving the details of what happened, I can tell you that I was definitely planning on starving myself a few days so I can pay up at a dealership but I desperately took the chance to ask around this time. Out of the 5 shops I inquired, SGV Automotive was the only ones who shown genuine interest and care. David checked up on me to see if I was okay and we then scheduled for an appointment and luckily they were extremely flexible with my scheduling for a quick diagnosis and scheduled a timeline for expectations. I show up the very next day. Two gentleman comes up to me and immediately gets to work with diagnosing and communicating with me. I've never seen such transparency. From past experiences my expectation was: give the key, sit in a waiting room for an hour, debate about buying a snack, wait another hour for them to get started, then thrown with paperwork before knowing what even was the diagnosis. Current experience: communication, care, collaboration, education, reassurance, any most importantly transparency. They helped get me to a rental place and picked me up as well. Definitely went above and beyond. Happy to say that I was able to eat this week. Not looking forward to future car repairs, but as an LA native who expects car troubles too often, I'm glad I have these guys in mind for future services. Appreciate all that you guys do. Will has the expertise and skill to diagnose and repair our 13-year old vehicles. Older vehicle requires more attention and expertise to repair and Will is the right mechanic to handle the job. We had a trip in July to Mammoth Lakes and I had asked Will to thoroughly check out the Mazda prior to the trip. I had performance issues with the Mazda and Will was able to assess that the alternator was bad, the spark plugs were worn and the rear brakes were just about gone. Recommendation: Don't keep calling Will about when your car will be ready or keep calling him to ask how much this or that will cost. Will is very busy working on cars. He will call you when your car is completely ready and he will itemize the repairs and explain all costs in detail. Will will save you money because he gets to the root of the problem and his labor rate is considerable cheaper than any dealership. You will have peace of mind that your car will drive reliably and perform if you let Will repair your car.
