I was having visions of a financial disaster awaiting me! Today I went to Paul's for my appointment. He and Mark set to work, and in only an hour they had had disassembled the troubled area, cleaned it, reset extra length screws, put it all back together, and sealed it up thoroughly. Its no longer sagging, separating, or open to the outside from inside the sleeper. Its fixed! And all for a cost of about a third of what I'd come to expect from other shops. I even told him that that price was too low! I wanted to put a tip on the bill, add a surcharge to show how pleased I am with the quality of their work. Nope! He felt it a fair price, and I'm happy. I feel at this point that I can trust Paul, an unusual feeling for a single elderly woman dealing with a mechanic. He has strong ethics and he loves his job. He also has a good sense of humor. I'm already scheduled in next month for additional projects on my 40 year old RV, and I feel good about letting Paul's RV do the work for me.

He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, He always called me and asked before doing anything that was not on the original estimate. I felt confident in his knowledge and trusted him to be fair (his assistant Linda is also knowledgeable and helpful). Paul probably saved me from a terrible accident by discovering that my Trailer Frame was cracked in 2 places. I now have a very safe and functional RV that I feel secure towing and camping with.
