She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around. I also really appreciated the constant communications and updates on the progress. The power even cut out mid way through the cleaning and they were able to bear with me as I got it reestablished. Their pricing was very reasonable too especially considering the amount of work they put in. My only gripe is they do not do steam cleaning of carpets but they still do an amazing job cleaning them with detainers and vacuums. 10/10 would recommend

The last time I was upgraded and charged more was 5 days after I had canceled my membership because I found out about the first 2 upgrades. I had to cancel my visa to prevent any further charges.

I use their monthly wash package as I stop in at least once a week. Some times the scanners /…read morepayment machines are running a little slow but now that I now I can use the scanner at any of the 3 lanes and not just one, it makes things a bit quicker. The wash does a decent job on cars, not so much on trucks (I have a truck on the smaller side). I like that they provide towels to dry off the car as well as the free vacuums. There are enough stalls for the vacuums that I don't ever have an issue with finding a spot.
