I had a giant tree, at least 3 stories tall that got hit by lightening, it was unstable, needed to come down. They came out within the week and took it down in one day. Amazing crew. The tree removal included sanding down the stump, which they did! What they didn't do was remove the GIANT mound of shredded stump or put back my fence as they said they would. This is not how you leave a job. I emailed and called asking if they're coming back to take away this mound. A YES or NO. Simple question. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. You give a company over five and a half grand of business within a month and you'd expect some kind of customer service. Nope! Now I'm stuck with this mound on my front lawn. No idea what to do with it. I have to shovel it in wheel barrels and move it somewhere! Where ever I put it I'm still stuck with it.
