Since purchasing my home in 2020 and making my mortgage payments, they have failed to contact me with any situations unless I contact them AFTER receiving communication from my lender advising me insurance matters are NOT being addressed by this insurance agency. What took the cake was, back in April when I was not notified that an inspection of my roof was needed from the insurance carrier, I didn't allow a man I did not know to inspect my property and immediately contacted the agency to find out what was happening. The agent said I should have known but she would attempt to set up another inspection which was not accepted by the carrier. The agency asked me to submit photos of the roof, which I did that SAME DAY. I immediately emailed them to the agent and did my due diligence and called the agent and confirmed they were received. I advised the agent in that call I would make sure to have someone come and inspect my roof and do any repairs as well just in case . She said fine I'll contact the carrier Monday. I was glad that was taken care of. Or so I though! No communication came my way at all after that. Here we are in September (5 MONTHS later!) and I receive a cancellation notice from the carrier. When I contacted the agency, the response was ," I did receive them (the photos) but I never sent them out". Now the premium I had is non existent, I have to go with a new carrier and now pay a higher premium! And the response to that was: ," I already said sorry, what do you want me to do". Never have I ever seen such a thing. So sad for this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY. If your real estate agent selects them as your homeowners insurance carrier, DECLINE!

That was Thursday of last week and never heard back from her, I gave her a call yesterday Monday (I figured maybe she was busy) and she had to ask me to email her the information once again, Nana was supposed to call me back yesterday and never did. If the customer service already sucks I can only imagine how much hassle it will be if I were to get insurance through their agency.

I informed him and he added the car again and ANOTHER "POLICY CHANGE" CHARGE WAS ADDED $320.. even though I had never asked Fidel to make any changes to my policy. When I finally did make a change - more than a week later - after finally receiving the information I had inquired to Fidel, from his manager Keith - Fidel never answered my questions, never provided information to my inquiry - another THIRD CHARGE was added to my account: $301 - so adding up I was charged a total of $851 for ONE CHANGE... This Company is not very professional, especially Fidel is very unprofessional, inefficient, refuses to respond to inquiries, refusing to provide customer service and answer questions a year-long-customer might have. At one point, the front desk assured me I was next, but another full hour passed without any update or acknowledgment. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have an appointment disregarded like this especially as a long-time client. If you're UNABLE to manage both appointments and walk-ins effectively, then you shouldn't be accepting walk-ins at the expense of scheduled customers. Respecting clients' time should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case tonight. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere, and I won't be coming back. EVERYONE looked flustered and stressed out. I wouldn't trust someone doing my taxes if they were acting like this because they can easily mess up numbers. I'm also leaving a google review.
