The quality of every ingredient was noticeable. A simple cheese quesadilla is usually unimpressive-- not this one. Served in a crispy flapover tortilla filled to the brim with warm, smoky cheese, it was pure comfort food. The chile relleno was cooked to perfection, the mole sauce on the burrito truly great, the rice a step up from what you'd expect with real tomato flavor. Even the ground beef was good. Chips were thin, crispy and fresh, and the salsa had bite. I ordered a medium margarita and it was stout and flavorful.
