We stayed in Paducah for the summer and visited this restaurant a few times. Their Ribeye steak is delicious, and I particularly enjoy their yam as a side dish. They also serve an Indian curry with Nan on Fridays, which I thoroughly enjoy. The owner is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean and reasonably priced. There is no better catfish on the planet. I don't live here, but visit Paducah often- and I rarely miss the chance to go in for their catfish. The pies are good as well. Looks like it could be a great breakfast diner. But they weren't open. Hard to give it more than a 3 after we drove to eat there. Three cars met in the parking lot with several guys who met there for breakfast. I saw another online review where this happened. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Paducah. It is truly a mom and pop restaurant. The food is authentic and the atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. The breakfast was a lot but it was delicious. They know locals like my father in law by name and welcome them like they are family. It's nice to see restaurants still appreciate their regulars. The service was above and beyond. Although it's not the classiest place, the food speaks for its self. I sat at the counter and was well taken care of. I had the 1 pork chop 1 egg breakfast. It came with fried potatoes that were outstanding and 2 biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were definitely scratch fresh and gravy was ok, but those biscuits made up for it. Total bill with coffee was $10.20! For real $10.20. I have paid $10.20 for just biscuits and coffee anywhere else. Although your big 3 breakfast places may have nicer tables and seating. This place blows them out of the water with food quality and prices. After all nicer the place higher the prices. (Don't change) I will be back next time I'm in town. read more

Today I went eat breakfast at little castle. And the biscuits were crunchy and the service was sad.

I had a Biscuit with some gravy. Yes indeed very small breakfast but this was so good. I went there with my pawpaw that is dying and it was probally the best gravey he has ever had he said. My paw said when he passes he wants me to take my future kids there rto eat in loving memory of him. He aslo said fir me to order him a biscut and gravy and get a side drink of coffie to put it in my Mammaws and his little cabin where his ashes will be placed. I hope everyone gets to enjoy some good food like this food. I am so glad that the little castle is now SMOKE FREE!!!! I also had catfish with my older brother at 3pm after we dropped my paw off. I really do want to add that it was very clean. Many people do not like it cause the smoke and yes im 13 so i would i be smoking but me and my brother go in there a lot because they are clean and have really good service. We always get seated so quickly. I want to thank all the staff members that was so kind to me and my friends and family. I didn't eat there. Normally I wouldn't do a review on a place I didn't eat but non-smokers should be aware before they visit. I did, however, walk in. If you're a non-smoker, this place is not for you. Cloud of smoke and thick smoke smell. First two rows of tables intended to be non-smoking but there is no place to escape the smoke. I will say that the waitress was friendly and seated us quickly. She was getting water for us when we let her know we were leaving. We were polite. Just told her it wasn't for us. Little Castle is one of my most favorite restaurants in Paducah. I love the food, the homey vibe and the customer service is beyond compare! If home cooking is what you're looking for, this is the place to go! There is smoking allowed in the restaurant so if that is something that could be bothersome to you then I don't recommend going but that's no issue to me! Best catfish dinner around this area . Also, great southern country dinners and wonderful iced tea . Only one complaint. They allow smoking in one section but that smoke and smell does travel to the non smoking section . Other than that, my husband and I love the place. Always have excellent food and service . Had lunch here the other day . Had the beef and macaroni special with purple hull peas , thunder and lightning, cornbread . Service was quick and friendly. Food was good . Restaurant was clean. Prices were fair. Not a fan of the little bit of smoking they allow but its West KY so thats to be expected . This is 2 nd time ive eaten here and its up to par . :) Good job. read more

The food is good but it can't be enjoyed for all the smoke. There are only a few tables that are non-smoking and the whole place smells of cigarettes. Apparently they are catering to the people who still smoke. I won't be back unless the smoking stops. I certainly wouldn't take children there because of this.
