Amazing staff that reflect and mirror Dr. Rubi. I avoided going to dentist since 2022 after i witnessed my late sister on a intubation tube for 30 days. She has been my dentist since 2014 and I have recommended several family and friends. During my COVID experience, I caught a horrible infection in one of my tooth and I contacted Dr.Rubi on a Sunday. Fortunately, she answered me and was able to guide me, calm my nerves and prescribe me medicine. Immediately, after my symptoms were done, they took me in and confirmed my infection that needed to be treated. Dr.Rubi then referred me out to an amazing root canal specialist and they were both able to work collaboratively to help me address the issue. If you do not have a dentist, check her out. Best service that I have received in California. Going to the dentist, I'm always afraid of what treatments they claim I need for which prices are off the roof. But this place was different, she did a great evaluation and was very transparent of what I needed. I had previously gone somewhere else and they told me I needed so much work done I thought I was going to go bankrupt after doing what they suggested I get done. On top of her great work the staff is very supportive in keeping everyone that goes in safe. They made sure I cleaned my hands before touching everything and checked my temperature before I went in. My Girlfriend went in due to an infection/being swollen. Thankfully the Dr and staff were extremely helpful to her with extracting the tooth that needed to be taken care of within a few days. I have been there for different procedures and she is always warm, happy, and hospitable. If there is such thing as the "most pain-free" dentist, she is it. She is gentle and unlike many other dentists, she has "Dr. Rubi's law,"--my term for it--in that if you feel the slightest pain, you are to raise your left hand so she can adjust the operational procedure and thereby greatly reduce, if not eliminate the pain. The atmosphere is happy-friendly, and the office vibe is a throwback to an early 20th century small town dentist's office, when people were always cheerful, and the local dentist inquired about one's well being and that of their children and parents.
