However, I couldn't give 5 stars because the shop layout itself was a bit disappointing. It looked like only one or two cars could realistically be serviced at a time, which made the operation seem limited. Additionally, the person who initially came out to help didn't appear very knowledgeable and didn't seem like he had the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company. It's good to know this business is around and available in the area, but based on my experience I probably won't be returning here for service.

I called back four times and it rang and went straight to voicemail. Also had my boyfriend call and the same results. I just wanted to call and inform them that I changed my mind and wanted to take my car somewhere else for a cheaper price. As I arrived here, my car was out of the garage and parked in the middle of the parking lot with my windows down and my key in the ignition. They knew I called when I got there. I took my car in because I had an oil leak, so I started off by getting the oil pan gasket fixed (I…read moreknew this was the problem from the start ) so they change it and tells me it's still leaking oil, then suggest a valve cover gasket. I do it then the car is still leaking oil. Dennis (the mechanic) recommends a rear main seal replacement but I don't do it and 6 months later I decide to get to the bottom of why my car is leaking oil and I see it's still the oil pan gasket so I decide to switch it out myself and i see how bad of a job these people did and tried to scam me into doing more work than needed. The oil pan gasket was the problem from the beginning I seen the gasket they used and it was a make your own gasket (later if silicone or something) very messy work some of the gasket was inside of the pan and inside the upper oil pan apart from that it was ripped and still leaking oil. Just be careful check your work before leaving the shop. I paid over $500 for the job to be done with very cheap materials.
