I was also posting in MB forums for possible help and thoughts because I was stressing so much over my car and what you know. Eru who works at MSB reached out to me on fb and offered to diagnose my car for free. Mind you he didn't know I reached out to the shop prior. I called the number he gave me and what a coincidence it was MSB it was like a sign from god to go to them and it was. Eru diagnosed my car and he was 100% right on his suspicion. To sum it up, he saved me over 8-14k. These gentlemen gained a lifetime business with my wife and I and I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to please give them a call for any Mercedes Benz maintenance/work. I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! Went to do the first oil change and had to use 2 cheater bars to loosen the drain plug. I don't think this place knows what a torque wrench is. I wouldn't allow them to work on my skateboard.

I have been having ongoing signs of issues with my car of parts that I paid to be repaired and…read morereplaced. I brought my car to get an inspection of what may possibly be the problem. Perhaps, needing service on repairs and parts that I have already paid for. On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns,inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! Sent an inquiry via Yelp and received a reply immediately. Took my car in for them to check my…read moreengine codes and work on the AC. I was getting a P0300 & P0303 code. Another mechanic changed the spark plugs/coils but the code was still popping up. G&J was able to diagnose that I had a bad vacuum hose. They replaced it, and the code was cleared. For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. I definitely found my new Go-To mechanic. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Float in carb was needing to be rebuilt and the air horn was warped. Eric took care of transporting carb to a shop to rebuild and unwarp the air horn. Car is running beautifully.
