They…read moresaid they did a full inspection of the transmission going in before installing it and when we took it back there was a fully MISSING seal and they put it in anyways. We take it back to them to fix and after a "2 day" job took over a week (for another $510) the car all of a sudden won't start at all. The starter is clunking and smoking which was never a problem. Don't go here unless you want to leave with more problems than you came with, I'm out over $1000 (not including the parts I helped source) and no one bothers to return texts even though we were given the owners personal number. I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.

First off I was referred to victory transmission from another shop that did not do import cars. After speaking with the owner and walking the shop I decided to leave them my 03 accord to do the job. They did a great job fixing/replacing the transmission. They also noticed other issues like the radiator and a Catalytic converter. They notified me of the problem and said that they could handle it. Which in my eyes is above and beyond for the them and extremely helpful for me. Now I don't have to get those done at a different auto shop after the transmission was completed. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time they had my vehicle. Everyone at that shop was extremely nice, polite and professional. They explained everything that was being done to my vehicle. I have and will continue to refer people to this shop!

This place made me lose trust in mechanics and made me believe that the stereotype of mechanics is true, that they will screw you over to make more money. I'll go elsewhere", and then he proceeds to try and offer me some type of loan payment plan and at this point I just nodded and let him do his whole speech because I really didn't want to argue and wanted to leave. Next, he says, "we can also buy your car" . In my head I'm like "What!!!?" Anyways, turns out my transmission oil just ran out. I had a huge transmission leak that needed to be sealed up which definitely didn't cost a whole new transmission or the need to sell my car.
