Price doesn't reflect quality . I left with a burning , bleeding toe . The guy kept trying to stop the bleeding during my pedicure . He cut my toe while cutting my cuticles . Didn't even apologize when I went "ow!" . The polish job he did , I could've done at home . My mom asked for the basic pedicure. When the tech looked at her feet he literally said "whoa!!!" out loud And went on to say how she should get the next level up pedicure because of her calluses . She was so embarrassed as people watched this happen !!! She said "I'll just do the basic pedicure." We watched as he went ahead and used the callus removal grater on her anyway . And he later charged her for it ! When she asked Why it was more expensive than my pedi ( we requested the same pedi ) he said that she needed it . Unbelievable. Well sir , the additional charge came out of your tip :). Not to mention he was rude to my mom the entire time there . Not exactly the pampering we were looking for. And she took me there for my bday . I felt awful . I now wish we had left a $0 tip . But they lost our business . I was very disappointed in the gel manicure I received. It did not last a week. Started lifting at the cuticle after 5 days. When I returned to have the polish taken off I asked to have it removed only, no manicure. They asked me 3 times, acting like they didn't understand, showing me colors to choose from and bringing over different people to "translate". The removal process was worse than the fact that the manicure didn't last. The tech appeared to not know what she was doing and again another tech came over to help her. All and all it was very subpar and you can go so many other places for a better result. read more

This place is great. I am a regular gel and pedicure person. I have been going there for 3 years. The place is clean and tidy, has a nice fountain and good ambiance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My nails always look great. When I travel I have to go to random shops but David and the staff always "fix the problems" I get when going elsewhere. This place is really crappy! I went there to have a full set of gel nails put on, French, and I specifically asked for SHORT, ROUND nails and told him NOT SQUARE because I cook and need nails that look nice but that are manageable. He said "okay". For $60, he made me "platypus nails" that were too long, square, and I hate them! I figured he would maybe shape them when he was done? I was very clear about what I wanted and he totally ignored what I asked for. If I wasn't in a time crunch I'd have asked him to re-do them for sure. I also asked him to do something about some of my cuticles - could he do something with them so I don't leave there will my nails looking like they did when I came in, and he said "sure". He had a young girl do it who was MUCH more interested in her cell phone than cleaning up my cuticles, and they still looked like crap afterward, and they charged me $5 to do that lousy job. This establishment has no respect for "Customer Service", not the first time; however, I believe in giving businesses a second chance. My first visit was on the recommendation of a coworker who later said she stop going there. On my last visit I was so disappointed it put a damper on my holidays. I explained that I was not happy with the workmen ship of the person servicing me, to no avail. Nothing was done to make sure that I as a customer received the service of a valued customer. They started speaking in their native language and laughing. None the less, I paid, tipped the you guy for trying, and vowed to myself never to returned. I was so upset I called and spoke with someone that claimed to be the manager. This is not just me being a difficult customer; I should have listen to my coworker. This place sucks. read more

Very clean and top-notch salon. Convenient North Naples location. Although they get very busy when the winter residents are in town, they seem to do a good job managing the crowds. Their prices are fair and they do a very nice mani-pedi. Would highly recommend. read more
